HOW I PREPARED MY PUMPKIN VEGETABLES (UGWU)
Hi Hiveians,
I initially wanted to make egunsi soup and semovita swallow for lunch but got the surprise of my life when I realised I no longer have grinded egunsi in the house again and I just got back from the market where I made some purchases so I just decided to use the pumpkin leaf I wanted to use to cook the egunsi soup to make just vegetable soup and it turned out just beautifully. My ingredients and process and end result below.
