HOW I PREPARED MY DELICIOUS JOLLOF RICE

Let's cook jollof rice today guys. Realistically, coming jollof rice is a whole lot more way than people think it actually is over you have all your ingredients at hand. I can easily cook and eat jollof rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I don't get someone to knock common sense into my head. Now here are my ingredients
- Parboiled rice
- Grinded and parboiled pepper
- Curry
- Thyme
- Bayleaf
- Seasoning
- Salt
- Groundnut oil
- Onions
- Meat stock (if available)
Put my oil on fire to cook my sauce, added all my condiments l and allowed to fry, then I added a little meat stock, covered it to boil and added my parboiled rice. Stirred together we'll and covered for 1 minute
Opened my pot and added enough water to cook the rice till tender. You should about putting too much water at once because you don't want your rice soggy and you can always add more water if the rice is not soft enough for you. Cover your pot and allow the water dry up. Check if the rice is soft enough, then reduce your heat. Add your sliced onions and cover it back so it can steam up. Turn off the heat after 3 minutes and our jollof rice is ready.
