Fried porridge beans for breakfast

Hi Hiveians,
Thank God it's Saturday, the weekend is finally here so there's enough time to satisfy whatever creeping you've had during the week. Maybe I might be inclined to make some of my comfort food this weekend but for today, I decided to make my fried beans. For this, I picked the dirt out of my beans, rinsed and put into billing water to cook. I added my onions and a little salt them covered it to cook too very soft.

Then I removed the cover and allowed the water to dry up and removed it from fire.

In another pot or pan,put your palm oil and allow to heat up them as your sliced onions and grinded pepper, add a little seasoning and a little more salt and your crayfish and allow to fry till the water is completely dry, then add in your cooked beans.

Combine it properly with the fried sauce and cover. Reduce the heat and allow it to steam for about 5 minutes on low heat.
