I will like to show you the process of preparing boiled meat for the preparation of soup.

The meat I prepared is chicken meat

process on how to prepare the boiled meat.
After the chicken as been slaughtered then put inside warm water to remove the flared

Wash the meat properly and placed in a pot after which you add salt,onion,thyme, other seasoning and garlic (optional) for a tasty stock which can later be used for stew or other food. Place the pot of meat on fire and allow to boil for some minutes then you can add little amount of water and allow to boil until it is soft.

This can be fried or cook directly to make your desired soup or food
