Broccoli. That green stuff that looks like little trees. You know it.

Broccoli is not only an excellent source of calcium, vitamin C, and vitamin K, but it’s also a cruciferous vegetable that provides a great source of protein. The best part about broccoli is that it tastes delicious whether you have it steamed, roasted, or raw. However, broccoli does have a strong, sometimes overwhelming flavor that some people don’t enjoy. What makes broccoli so special is that it’s also nutritious and low in calories. One way to make broccoli taste better is to mix it in with other foods. For example, broccoli is a healthy addition to soup, macaroni and cheese, salads, pesto, and many other dishes. Broccoli, it's great!

At this point you might be saying, "sure, broccoli is nice, but why are you talking about it today?". We're talking about Broccoli because our community highlight of the week produces content that is just as tasty and nutritious for your mind as broccoli.

@mizuosemla, a delightfully interesting person who comes from Japan, and has been with us since March 2021. We kinda find their love of broccoli fascinating. Personally around the office, we speculate that @mizuosemla might just be a form of sentient broccoli. o.O Haha. JK, @mizuosemla is cool.
