Hello my much appreciated community of @gems

Hoy es comienzo de semana y me gustaría hacer un reto o una iniciativa en esta comunidad ya que jamás he creado uno, así que este será mi comienzo y para ello obviamente necesitaré del apoyo de mis hiver friends para poder expandir esta iniciativa, es por eso que invito a tres personas para que prosigan la marcha y esta ola sea como un gran tsunami pero de una sensación que te ha alegrado la vida.

Today is the beginning of the week and I would like to do a challenge or an initiative in this community since I have never created one so this will be my beginning and for this obviously I will need the support of my hiver friends to be able to expand this initiative that is why I invite three people to continue the march and this wave is like a great tsunami but with a feeling that has made your life happy.

Ese precisamente será el título: Cuenta tu Sensación Alegre: ¿Qué te hace felíz? con respecto a:

1.- Un lugar
2.- Una persona
3.- Un momento
4.- Una canción o artista
5.- Un objeto

That will be precisely the title: Tell your happy feeling: What makes you happy? regarding:
1.- A place
2.- One person
3.- One moment
4.- A song or artist
5.- An object

La idea es que nos cuente qué te hace feliz, qué te da alegría en tu vida; que evoques a la felicidad pues es ella el motor para emprender nuevos retos, nuevas luchas en este mundo tan evidentemente convulsionado, por lo tanto debemos tener armas psicológicas que nos permitan obtener fuerzas en nuestro interior para ganar batallas anímicas diarias.

The idea is that you tell us what makes you happy, what gives you joy in your life; that you evoke happiness because it is the engine to undertake new challenges, new struggles in this clearly convulsed world, therefore we must have psychological weapons that allow us to obtain strength within ourselves to win daily mental battles.

Así que comienzo yo:

So I start:

UN LUGAR QUE ME DA SENSACIÓN DE ALEGRÍA

Después de mi casa, la playa es mi lugar predilecto, amo estar cerca del mar, su sonido, su olor su sola visión ya me traen paz y mucho bienestar, en pocas palabras me hace ser feliz, soy una persona alegre cuando visito la playa y creo que no podría vivir sin tener el mar cerquita de mi.

A PLACE THAT GIVES ME A FEELING OF JOY
After my house, the beach is my favorite place, I love being near the sea, its sound, its smell, its mere sight already brings me peace and a lot of well-being, in a few words it makes me happy, I am a happy person when I visit the beach and I think I could not live without having the sea close to me.

UNA PERSONA QUE ME HACE SENTIR ALEGRE

Pensaba que lo tenía todo pero cuando mi primer sobrino nació supe lo que era la verdadera felicidad, ahora tengo tres hermosos sobrinos y son ellos los que me ponen alegre, mi sonrisa se escapa de solo verlos o escucharlos, ellos son maravillosos y me hacer ser la persona más feliz del mundo.

A PERSON WHO MAKES ME FEEL HAPPY
I thought I had everything but when my first nephew was born I knew what true happiness was, now I have three beautiful nephews and they are the ones who make me happy, my smile escapes just by seeing or hearing them, they are wonderful and make me be the happiest person in the world.

UN MOMENTO EN MI VIDA QUE TUVE LA MAYOR DE LAS ALEGRÍAS

Debo reconocer que para mi graduarme ha sido la mayor de las alegrías aparte del nacimiento de mis sobrinos, porque pensé que no podría lograr esa meta por problemas de salud y al final si pude hacerlo y me sentí en el cielo, tenía tanta alegría dentro de mi que todavía hoy lo recuerdo y soy feliz.

A MOMENT IN MY LIFE WHICH I HAD THE GREATEST OF JOYS
I must admit that for me graduating has been the greatest of joys apart from the birth of my nephews, because I thought that I could not achieve that goal due to health problems and in the end if I could do it and I felt in heaven, I had so much joy inside I still remember it today and I am happy.

UNA CANCIÓN QUE ME HACE SONREÍR

Es obvio que esos gustos cambian con el tiempo pero puedo afirmar que por ahora la canción de los DJ actuales me traen alegría y me ponen en movimiento enseguida y eso me gusta, por eso siempre tengo audífonos puestos. Ahora por ejemplo, escucho a Alan Walker, me encanta porque me permite dejar de tener preocupaciones por un rato y me relajo.

A SONG THAT MAKES ME SMILE
It is obvious that those tastes change over time but I can affirm that for now the song of today's DJs brings me joy and puts me in motion right away and I like that, that's why I always have headphones on. Now for example, I listen to Alan Walker, I love it because it allows me to stop worrying for a while and I relax.

UN OBJETO QUE ME DA ALEGRÍA TENERLO

Mis libros son el motivo de mi alegría, vivo rodeada de libros y eso me da felicidad, siempre leo aunque sea una página porque me permite reflexionar y alejarme de la realidad un rato, creo que siempre los libros traerán alegría a mi vida.

AN OBJECT THAT GIVES ME JOY TO HAVE IT
My books are the reason for my joy, I live surrounded by books and that makes me happy, I always read even one page because it allows me to reflect and get away from reality for a while, I think that books will always bring joy to my life.

Como verán, fue muy fácil sacar una sonrisa y sentir alegría en el alma, lo suficiente para sentirnos mejor y poder enfrentar esta semana con mejor actitud. Espero puedan dedicarle unos minutos a leer este post y a continuar con la iniciativa y para ello invito a @manuelramos @miguelhenriquez y @corinadiaz

As you will see, it was very easy to get a smile and feel joy in the soul, enough to feel better and be able to face this week with a better attitude.
