Hoy les voy a compartir mi participación para esta gran iniciativa propuesta por la amiga @Littlegremlin, donde tenemos que compartir tres cosas que hacemos cuando no tenemos internet.
Today I am going to share with you my participation in this great initiative proposed by the friend @Littlegremlin, where we have to share three things we do when we don't have internet.
Es una de las cosas que más hago, disfruto hacer ejercicios, me relaja y divierte, me gusta mucho. Cada día voy mejorando mis rutinas de ejercicios. Cuando no hay internet me tomó de 1 a 2 horas para hacer mi entrenamiento, me despeja la mente, sudo y además es muy importante hacer ejercicio ya que es bueno para la salud y me mantiene el cuerpo en forma.
It is one of the things that I do the most, I enjoy exercising, it relaxes me and it has fun, I like it a lot. Every day I improve my exercise routines. When there is no internet it took me 1 to 2 hours to do my training, it clears my mind, I sweat and it is also very important to exercise as it is good for my health and keeps my body in shape.

Cada vez que se va el internet, la luz, me pongo a jugar cartas con mis hermanos, es muy divertido. Jugamos de todo con las cartas, la idea es distraernos un rato, reírnos, inventamos reglas y penitencias y lo más importante compartimos en familia.
Every time the internet goes out, the electricity goes out, I start playing cards with my brothers, it's a lot of fun. We play everything with the cards, the idea is to distract ourselves for a while, laugh, we invent rules and penances and the most important thing we share as a family.

Cada vez que se va el internet estoy muy fastidiado y como no tengo nada que hacer me acuesto a dormir unas cuantas horas, así no me desespero y espero que llegue el internet. Además me sirve para descansar, relajarme.
Every time the internet goes away I am very annoyed and since I have nothing to do I go to sleep for a few hours, so I do not despair and hope that the internet arrives. It also helps me to rest, relax.

Estas son algunas de las cosas que hago cuando no hay internet. Como todos saben el internet es una de las mejores herramientas más usadas por el ser humano, para estudiar, investigar, comunicarnos con los amigos, jugar, ver vídeos, ya sea en casa o en el trabajo. Muchos dependen del internet.
These are some of the things I do when there is no internet. As everyone knows, the internet is one of the best tools most used by human beings, to study, research, communicate with friends, play games, watch videos, either at home or at work. Many depend on the internet.

Yo básicamente duermo y mas nada, parezco un oso jajaja, tremendisima la idea de hacer ejercicio, un fuerte abrazo, para eso tendría que dejar algo de agua almacenada para bañarme con gusto después de perder algo de peso.
