Hello Dears!

Today, simple photos I would like to show you. I took them during the preparation of a dish, today, when in the lands where I am from is a festive day. In the morning I biked...but this is another story. At home, my mom prepared some dishes for the lunch, maybe with my father...or not? I decided to use some ingredients to preparing my lunch dish.

I used a little bit of grilled red chicory, creating a bed on the plate. I cut it with a knife, obtaining small slices.

Then I took a cow milk Caciotta and cut several other slices. I put them on the chicory, distancing as foreseen the measures against sars-cov-2... I am kidding, but I didn't want a plate full of cheese and I used only a portion of the slices.

In the end I put on the whole plate the third ingredient: the Polenta. It was very warm and the heat melted the cheese, to obtain a stringy paste.

In the end I added a drizzle of oil and I taste the dish: very delicate flavor, I like it.
