THE WORLD BATTLE FOR A TRUE LEADERSHIP

When a country is in desolate, there's usually chaos, conflicts, misunderstandings and uncertainties. Despite the fact that Covid19 has impacted the entire world negatively, it seems like a blessing in disguise for some other countries of the world. The total lockdown experienced by this pandemic has made many nation leaders benchmark to discover their lapses which as given insights on possible ways of ensuring problems are been curtailed and nipped in the bud to avoid an unwanted menace.

Every leadership leads by mission and vision. Even the bible said "where there's no vision, people perish". A vision without a mission is a Missed-vision, while a mission without a vision leads to no destination. Many countries today are in total disarray due to visionless leadership. When a country is ruled by a set of myopic leaders, the future of such a country will definitely be in jeopardy as this will negatively impact the citizens and many generations unborn. When a leader is biased, he creates a negative vibe and template for his followers to build upon, and such sequence will continue till a full stop sets in.

It pains me to say that the majority of leaders in political power today, neither care nor see the need to prioritize the growth and welfare of their citizens, instead, they prioritize the volume of millions of dollars entering their bank accounts and cryto wallets on daily basis which is unfair. Many less privilege people have great potentials and talent that is capable of helping to build a nation's economy and wealth, but the opportunity and medium to display their dynamism is not given them, and as a result, their dexterity goes down the drain as it is never accorded self recognition.

There usually use to be legal rights which include the right to the freedom of movement and expressions, but today in most countries of the world, such right has been psychologically compromised, depriving the citizens of their legal right for the course either of sentiment. Favoritism, conspiracy, inordinate ambitions coupled with indiscipline has crept into the land due to bad leadership.

We are all responsible for what ever happens to us because Leadership starts from me and you which extends to the world at large. We are also responsible because we chose those ruling us today. So, Lets stay safe, stand for our right and learn from our leaders to know how to utilize your right to select a worthy and true leader tomorrow of your dear country. May God bless and make our country and the world at large a remarkable one for us all. The world craves for a true leadership at this point in time.
