Cuando llegamos a HIVE vemos un mundo nuevo, un mundo diferente; tanto, que nos puede atemorizar en algunas ocaciones. Sentirnos abrumados por el tipo de información puede ser común al principio.

En mi experiencia promoviendo la plataforma por 3 años, he visto mucho de esto. La mayoría desiste y se va, pero unos pocos valientes o quizás locos, se quedan. Por alguna razón siguen aunque no entiendan nada. Algo los atrapa y ni ellos saben explicar bien qué es.

Lo cierto es que todo HIVE es un cambio de paradigma y como me dio cuenta de eso en mis inicios, lo aplico en mi labor de incorporación.

Recuerdo lo primero que me decían y yo no lo entendía; cuando preguntaba de donde viene el dinero y me respondían que mi contenido tenía valor. No podía relacionar el valor de mi contenido con el dinero de la plataforma. Poco a poco lo fui entendiendo.

Ahora que se la importancia de abrirse a este cambio de paradigma, lo aplico cuando traigo nuevo usuarios. ¿Cómo lo hago? fácil, haciendo todo lo opuesto a lo que están acostumbrados en el mundo centralizado.

Qué esquemas rompe HIVE

Para tener éxito en HIVE debemos cambiar nuestra forma de pensar. Es importante abrirse al descubrimiento y con paciencia dejar que todo fluya.

Estos serían para mi los esquemas más resaltantes que rompemos en HIVE:

• Tú contenido tiene valor.
  Acostumbrados a crear contenido para otras redes sociales sin que te paguen, esto nos suena muy extraño. Sí, el contenido vale y gracias a él la plataforma existe; lo mismo pasa con otras redes sociales. Por esto debemos cuidar que el contenido sea de calidad.

• Nuestra reputación lo es todo
  Otra vez el hecho que en HIVE se recompense el contenido, hace que cuidemos más nuestro comportamiento. Somos vendedores y los curadores nuestros clientes. Como todos los usuarios son curadores, evitamos al máximo ser enemigos de algunos. Aquí es de vital importancia las buenas relaciones porque eso te traerá mejores recompensas.

• Leer
  Las redes sociales tradicionales nos acostumbraron a la rapidez, a la facilidad. "No pienses mucho, publica" es el lema principal de esas plataforma centralizadas a quienes le importa las masas. Es mejor mucho que calidad.

• Responsable de tus finanzas.
  Como principio del mundo blockchain, no se puede dejar de pasar uno de los principales, "Hazte responsable de tu dinero". Lejos quedaron esos manuales de instrucciones que nos gustaba leer cuando comprábamos un electrodoméstico o cual quier aparato electrónico. Ahora se pasa a usarlo y aprender sobre la marcha. En HIVE se llega con la misma cultura pero la diferencia es que aquí mientras más te demores en aprender cómo funciona todo, más dinero dejarás de ganar.

Por esto cuando me preguntan por algo demoro en responder. Doy tiempo a que investiguen. Les paso un tutorial para que lean. Pero a muchos no les funciona porque quieren las respuestas inmediatas; tanto que ni siquiera leen el chat del grupo para ver si ya se habló de eso. "Queeeee 150 mensajes, no tengo tiempo para eso, respóndeme lo mío y listo", es lo que dicen algunos. Sin embargo otro de los esquemas que busco romper es el de crear comunidad y eso en HIVE comienza por leer a otros. El respeto al contenido ajeno es algo que debemos inculcar.

Muchos tienen miedo y se van. Miedo de ser juzgados, porque en otras redes no importa que tengas 0 likes, ya que no hay dinero. En HIVE si les importa porque piensan que si no los votan están siendo juzgados y lo toman personal.

Muchos no quieren pasar por ese estrés de esperar si su post tuvo recompensas. Es más fácil y relajante publicar en Instagram sin esperar nada.

Creo que eso define mucho a las personas que no entran o abandonan HIVE. Por miedo a salir de su comodidad y descubrir todo su potencial, se pierden del mejor lugar de internet...
