Una de las cosas que más se me dificulta a la hora de dibujar o crear es colorear. Cuando era niña me la pasaba coloreando todo lo que tuviese a mi alcance, pero si he de confesar que no tengo una técnica para nada buena y además, no sé como trabajar el tema de las profundidades y las sombras en cuánto al color.
Es por ello que siempre tomo como opción el dibujar todo a lápiz o en blanco y negro. Pero arriesgarse no cuesta nada.

Así que lo primero que hice fue buscar alguna referencia que fuese netamente a color, de aquí viene ésta Reina de Corazones. Debo reconocer que tampoco tengo muchos materiales para realizar trabajos de color, simplemente una caja de 24 colores.
Es momento de replantearse si comprar un poco más para empezar a practicar de mejor manera.
En fin, por un largo momento pensé en dejarla en blanco y negro, realizar el trabajo de sombras como siempre lo he hecho y plantarlo en el art-journal. Pero esa es siempre mi excusa y tengo que hacer algo a respecto, y eso fue colorear.

Durante todo el trabajo me acompañó el pequeño Dross, como le encanta estar dormido en la cama.
Sólo tenía dos tipos de rojos disponibles en mi cartuchera, así que era ahora o nunca. Aunque la verdad para hacerlo un poco más oscuro terminé usando un marrón claro por encima del rojo.
Aún me siguen quedando espacios en blanco, quiero creer que es por la calidad de los colores y no que soy tan pésima coloreando, una forma de darme ánimos. 🤣
Throughout the whole job I was accompanied by little Dross, as he loves to be asleep in bed.
I only had two types of reds available in my pencil case, so it was now or never. Although truth be told to make it a little darker I ended up using a light brown on top of the red.
I'm still getting blanks, I want to believe it's because of the quality of the colors and not that I suck at coloring, way to give me encouragement. 🤣
Por cierto, ¿alguien sabe de algún curso de fotografía que pueda hacer por internet?
Necesito mejorar y aprender a tomar buenas fotografías para que los posts tenga una mejor presentación, que se vean un poco más bonitos. Claro que sólo tengo en disponibilidad de mi teléfono celular, pero supongo que algo bueno saldrá de ahí.
Ésta reina de corazones si me gustó como quedó, no es mi mejor trabajo, pero me siento feliz con el resultado.
