Pumpkin puree soup.
I'm not a pumpkin lover, but I liked it 🍜
▫️ Medium pumpkin
▫️ Processed cheese one pack
▫️White bread for croutons
▫️ Provan herbs
Peel the vegetables and boil until tender in a little water. Then add a package of melted cheese and beat everything with a blender until smooth.
Cut into cubes and sauté white bread with Provencal herbs. Decorate the portion. Sprinkle with cumin on top.
