Hello music lovers and welcome in our second day of #a-zmusic challenge started by @psos.

Challenge has started and speeding up, making our blockchain more musically diverse than ever. Raving Foxes are wagging their tails, thinking about how it will looks when we will finish with you. To keep expected diversity and still stick to our roadmap, DAY B is focused on similarities in oppositions. One female vocalist against two male producers, indie vs downtempo, global fame vs deep underground, melodic beauty and melodic beauty.

Icelandic singer and musician Björk Guðmundsdóttir, well known from her creative costumes, blending human and natural environment and outstanding, hypnotizing voice. Her carrier began in age 11, with platinum disco-folk album full of piano and flute sounds. After rejecting idea of creating another same production, she decided to experiment with punk, avant-garde, pop and rock, without any significant results. After migration to UK in early 90's and getting influenced by big wave of local music, she transformed into a person known from album Debut, released in 1993 and considered as one of her biggest musical achievements. Looking at her impressive portfolio, it is hard to ignore 26 LPs, more than 100 EPs and collaborations with the biggest names in any possible musical style, ranging from ambient, through rap, dubstep & techno to the crazy idm from artists like Beastie Boys, Paul Oakenfold, Thom Yorke, Mathew Herbert, Dillinja, LFO, µ-Ziq, Underworld. It would be to easy to pick up something from her outstanding Debut, but it would be a crime if it wouldn't be something from early days. Please enjoy atmospheric soundscape from 3rd full-length studio album called Homogenic, released in 1997

One of the best-known and best-loved electronic acts of the last two decades

FACT MAGAZINE
Scottish electronic music duo from Edinburgh, established beyond the limits of imagination in 1994 by two brothers, Michael Sandison and Marcus Eoin. Drifting somewhere between dream and reality, analogue and digital, heartbreaking and mindblowing, one of the most emotional and exciting projects of the last decades, Boards Of Canada quickly reached and warmed the coldest hearts, showing the world that there is hard to find anybody who would deserve a permanent place in Warp Records more than them. Magical audioscapes painted with colorful sounds of every track on every album made them one of my biggest musical influencers ever. It is hard to count all the hours when deeply passionate I've been listen to their music enjoying nature. If you are curious about the sounds of clouds, mountains, growing flowers and sun, there is nothing before and nothing after whole discography of Boards Of Canada. It is extremely hard to pick up one track, as always I've been experiencing the whole albums as one vision, but for this challenge I've decided to select something from pre-Warp Records-era, released in 1996
