I've been invited by my colleagues to join their YouTube gaming group but declined. There is a large start up cost required (Gaming PC good enough to screen capture, good mic, flawless Internet connection, etc) for a high chance that your efforts will be fruitless. Not to mention the HUGE amount of time you need to commit to it.
