I Am Nearly Finished With My Two Month Tuberculosis Drug Therapy

I had been on with my tuberculosis drug therapy for two months now and before it will end I will have to see again the Pulmunologist doctor to see if there had been any improvements yet about all that Rifampicin/Isoniazid intake every single day and hoping that it is not busting my liver yet as well.

I do not like taking medicines, it is just in this instance I have to take the antibiotic in an extended period of time which is if it would be completed will take around six months if I am right.

I am also taking some good bacteria once in a while because this drugs that I am taking considering that I have to take them in months will surely be affecting my gut flora and fauna so I have to make sure an imbalance there would be corrected by ingesting some good bacteria like that from a prepared drink like "Yakult."

Taking medicines has a lot of detrimental effects in the body because they are indeed chemicals as well and the body soon will react if it would be bombarded with such chemicals if the said drugs would be in the body for a long time.

For example a chemotherapy's effect is to kill the cancer cells but the patient also loses their hair, would be nauseated ever so intensely that they will not be able to eat, they grow weak, and soon their liver or kidneys would fail because of the strain the chemotherapy dug is giving to their bodies.

So it is like a chemotherapy in my case as well but it doesn't causes me the said side-effects but I possibly might react to the antibiotic which can lead to like what I said and hopefully not, another ailment to contend with.

Anyway with this drug therapy that I am in with my Tuberculosis I am not much expecting anything, whatever will be will be for me and will just let God to handle what my life will be for my future.

But what I am doing is the right thing for me which is to just follow the physician's advice and if I would get better then I will be happy and be thankful to God and then get on with my life to survive it and hopefully achieve my life goals of self-improvement regarding my other ailments which I am battling for a while now.

With all these challenges that I am facing I still needed the prayers from you all friends of mine, the ones that are concerned and cares for my welfare because prayers works like a miracle and I know that some of you will affect my life in that way.

This life of mine is hard which is why I am treasuring every moment with my mother/parents because even though they are a barrier to for what I am trying to do they also affects positively my mental and emotional well-being. Them just being around makes me feel comfortable and happy so I needed more prayers for them as well. May God bless you all.
