Bye-bye For The Old Normal And It Is Unfortunate For Us

It is in my fervent prayer for the Pandemic to end, the factor is that the Corona virus is very mutatable like the flu but unlike the flu which requires a yearly vaccine the CoViD-19 is not yet getting any developments with regards to vaccine.

The bad news is that I am foreseeing that we are all required to take a vaccine for it every year if a vaccine would be made and it might not be so affordable for many people to get one so it would be a problem.

I also foresee that a vaccine will come in very expensive for a common person to avail of so in that regard the government must help them so that the spread of the virus would stop.

We are now in a new normal, it is hard to go out without restrictions and going inter-provinces is not possible if you have no important things to do and even if you do there are still barriers to contend with.

Wearing of masks is really a requirement and you will be caught by the authorities if you disobey. We just needed to stop the transmission of the virus by covering our mouths and noses because when people speak they are spreading droplets of saliva which if a person is infected with CoViD then they can spread it out to other people when they speak much less cough or sneeze particularly if they are in the food industry.

For a dialysis patient like me it is now hard to just transfer to other dialysis centers, it is hard to go to the hospital for check-up as you needed to make an appointment prior plus you have to get tested for CoVid and do some chest x-ray as well.

My parents also are restricted with their movements, they cannot go to the supermarket but fortunately near our village they can buy our food supply but with some limitation on what to buy because it is just only a makeshift store and not offering much items to buy like variants of fishes and vegetables for that matter.

The assistance of the local government seems to have stopped now as we are not receiving free rice and other foods anymore so those that only rely on government help are really in trouble especially if they cannot work anymore.

It is quite unfortunate to live in these kinds of situation where you are gripped with fear and worry especially if you are in the most vulnerable category to fall ill with the CoVid along with you aging parents. I just thank that my parents are health conscious and that they are strong for their age and I pray to God to continue in giving them strong and healthy minds because I really needed their support particularly in these times of my life.
