Mi presentación en Hive

Hola mi nombre es Valeria y tengo 10 años, estoy muy feliz porque el día de hoy descubrí que puedo hacer blogs siendo menor de edad. Quien me trajo hasta aquí fue mi tía @pilarteran. Ella me está supervisando junto con mis padres y me ayuda en el proceso de montar los post en la página, mientras aprendo a hacerlo sola. ¡A mí me puso muy feliz saber que puedo interactuar con ustedes! Pero ya volviendo al tema les contaré cómo fueron más o menos mis primeros momentos de vida.

Yo nací el día 6 de enero del 2010 (el día de los reyes magos), nací por in vitro. Tuve problemas para nacer. Me sacaron de mi mamá a los 8 meses por una emergencia, literalmente el cordón umbilical me ahorcó, pero me pudieron salvar y de tanto ajetreo al momento de cortar el cordón, dejaron una parte afuera y así quedé con el ombligo por fuera. Estuve un tiempo en la incubadora y no pude ir con mis padres a casa, si no que me tenía que quedar en el hospital. Es obvio que no me acuerdo de nada, pero es lo que me dicen mis papás.

I was born on January 6, 2010 (the day of the wise men), I was born by in vitro. I had trouble being born. They took me out of my mom at 8 months because of an emergency, literally the umbilical cord hanged me, but they were able to save me and from all the hustle and bustle when cutting the cord, they left a part outside and so I was left with the navel outside. I was in the incubator for a while and I couldn't go home with my parents, but I had to stay in the hospital. It is obvious that I do not remember anything, but it is what my parents tell me.

Cuando yo estaba más pequeña tuve fiebres constantes por culpa de mi incidente al nacer. No pude acudir al preescolar todo un mes completo, siempre me enfermaba y me acuerdo que todas las noches mi papá me daba duchas de agua helada para bajar la temperatura tan alta que tenía. Al mejorar pasaba una semana y otra vez los baños helados.

When I was younger I had constant fevers because of my incident at birth. I couldn't go to preschool for a whole month, I always got sick and I remember that every night my dad gave me freezing showers to lower the temperature that was so high. When I got better, I spent a week and again the ice baths.

¿Cómo estoy en la actualidad?

How am I today?

Ahora en la actualidad estoy mejor, ya no me enfermo casi nunca y voy a la escuela todos los días sin falta, sólo hay excepciones por cosas importantes, como que me dio gripe o hay alguna emergencia.

Nowadays I am better, I hardly ever get sick anymore and I go to school every day without fail, there are only exceptions for important things, like the flu or an emergency.

Una historia que muchos me preguntan es sobre mi rodilla. Un día normal de vacaciones estaba en mi cuarto tranquila y decidí salir a ver que hacía mi hermanita y mi primito. Estaban jugando a las carreras de motos con las motos de mi papá bajo su supervisión, me dijeron para jugar con ellos y acepté. En el momento que me monté en la moto ella se fue de lado y se me vino encima, mi rodilla chocó con el espejo retrovisor que se rompió y me corté.

A story that many ask me is about my knee. On a normal day of vacation I was in my quiet room and I decided to go see what my little sister and my little cousin were doing. They were playing motorcycle races with my dad's motorcycles under his supervision, they told me to play with them and I accepted. The moment I got on the bike she went sideways and fell on me, my knee collided with the rearview mirror that broke and I got cut.

Me llevaron de emergencias en emergencias, de hospital a hospital hasta que encontraron uno pequeño en el que me atendieron y cosieron, y si quieren saber cómo estaba la situación, les digo que había una niña convulsionando en la camilla al lado de la mía, un señor conectado a cables que le sacaban sangre de su brazo y por si fuera poco una señora prácticamente muerta que revivieron por arte de magia. Me cosieron la herida pero como era irregular se quedó fácilmente visible a todo el que me ve la rodilla.
