Homemade masks against Coronavirus
In this period of danger from Coronavirus infection, one of the major shortcomings on the market is the mask to protect yourself from the small drops of saliva, the vehicle of the Covis-19 virus. For this reason, many people have decided to create homemade personal masks which, in no way have the validity of a professional health mask, but is a small defense tool for those who need to go out for work, necessity or health reasons.
We need to:
- baking paper
- scissors
- stapler
- 2 elastic bands
We take a sheet of parchment paper 33cmx38cm and start making small folds of about 1 cm, from one side of the sheet to the other.
At the end of the folds, we staple the sides of our fan with a staple with a couple of stitches.
We take the elastic, put it on the end of our paper fan and make a small fold. We proceed to seal with a couple of points of stapler. We proceed with the same steps for the other side.
Eventually we open our folded sheet of paper and we will have a homemade mask. For greater efficacy it is advisable to affix a sterile gauze inside, on the mouth. We hope these masks can be eliminated as soon as possible.
