Saludos querida comunidad el día de hoy estoy participando en la iniciativa de @tripode del día 7, esta es mi segunda participación en la iniciativa de los blog, el tema que a continuación les voy a hablar se refiere a ¿Qué es más importante: El Talento o El Trabajo Duro.

Antes de responder a la pregunta les presento una definición de cada uno de los términos:

Talento/Talent:

El talento, como aptitud, es la capacidad para desempeñar o ejercer una actividad. Está vinculada a la aptitud o la inteligencia. Se trata de la capacidad para ejercer una cierta ocupación o para desempeñar una actividad. El talento suele estar asociado a la habilidad innata y a la creación.
Talent, as aptitude, is the ability to perform or exercise an activity, which is linked to aptitude or intelligence. It is about the ability to exercise a certain occupation or to carry out an activity. Talent is often associated with innate ability and creation.

Trabajo Duro/Hard work::

Es hacerlo durante muchas horas, con mucha concentración, energía e interés puesto en la tarea en cuestión. Desde luego, trabajar de esta manera es necesario para conseguir grandes logros, aunque si esa intensidad se une a hacerlo de forma inteligente, mucho mejor. Es posible que estés mucho tiempo en el trabajo, haciendo miles de cosas; a esto se le suele llamar trabajar duro.

It is doing it for many hours, with a lot of concentration, energy and interest in the task at hand. Of course, working in this way is necessary to achieve great achievements, although if that intensity is combined with doing it intelligently, all the better. You may be at work for a long time, doing thousands of things; This is often called hard work.

Ahora bien el talento lo puedo definir como a las habilidades y destreza que tiene la persona al realizar una actividad, que muchas veces son innatas y que ese perfeccionan cuando aprende a través de estudios de manera formal e informal es decir cuando estudia de forma autodidacta.

Now, I can define talent as the skills and dexterity that the person has when carrying out an activity, which are often innate and that they perfect when they learn through studies in a formal and informal way, that is, when they study self-taught.

Un ejemplo de ellos es mi hijo Carlitos desde la edad de 4años comenzo a dibujar de forma innata y él no ha realizado ningún curso para desarrollar las técnicas del dibujo, sólo que también ha aprendido de forma autodidacta buscando vídeos en la red social Youtube donde muestran cómo realizar dibujos, y de esta forma va aprendiendo el mismos y mejorando cada día.

An example of them is my son Carlitos from the age of 4 he began to draw innately and he has not taken any course to develop drawing techniques, only that he has also learned in a self-taught way by looking for videos on the YouTube social network where they show how to draw pictures, and in this way he learns the same and improves every day.

En cuanto al Trabajo Duro se refiere al esfuerzo tanto físico como intelectual que realiza una persona en una actividad, por ejemplo cuando contador realizar sus actividades de registros contables todo un día, esto requiere esfuerzo que es intelectual a diferencia de una persona que trabajo como albañil que es un trabajo requiere un esfuerzo físico.

As for Hard Work, it refers to both the physical and intellectual effort that a person makes in an activity, for example when an accountant carries out his accounting records activities all day, this requires effort that is intellectual unlike a person who works as a bricklayer that it is a job requires physical effort.

Podemos decir entonces para responder a la pregunta ¿Qué es más importante El Talento o el Trabajo Duro, para mi las dos van de la mano porque si yo tengo un negocio donde trabajo duro pero no tengo conocimientos de nada al respecto en el manejo de este puedo fracasar, entonces hace falta también tener algo de talento para aprender por ejemplo con otras personas que comparten sus experiencia en el manejo de comercio y es necesario aprender de estos y trabajar duro para mejorar cada día y sacar adelante nuestro negocio que hemos emprendido, por otro lado puede obtener conocimiento de forma formal a través de una institución universitaria.

We can say then to answer the question: What is more important: Talent or Hard Work, for me the two go hand in hand because if I have a business where I work hard but I have no knowledge of anything about it in the management of this I can fail, so it is also necessary to have some talent to learn for example with other people who share their experience in managing trade and it is necessary to learn from these and work hard to improve every day and carry out our business that we have started, for On the other hand, you can obtain knowledge in a formal way through a university institution.

Para finalizar considero que ambos son importantes porque si la persona tiene talento pero no trabaja duro, entonces no podra lograr alcanzar los objetivos que se ha propuesto para una determinada actividad. Un ejemplo de ello son cuando los niños inician en el mundo del deporte por ejemplo futbol o beisbol, desde pequeños nosotros los padres observamos el talento nato que tiene en una disciplina deportiva, este es guiado por sus padres para motivarlos a aprender a través de una escuela de futbol o de beisbol donde debe trabajar duro para lograr mejorar y ser tomado en cuenta para que escale posiciones dentro del deporte con el apoyo de los padres.

Finally, I consider that both are important because if the person has talent but does not work hard, then he will not be able to achieve the objectives that he has proposed for a certain activity. An example of this is when children start in the world of sports, for example soccer or baseball, from an early age we parents observe the innate talent they have in a sports discipline, this is guided by their parents to motivate them to learn through a soccer or baseball school where you must work hard to improve and be taken into account to climb positions within the sport with the support of parents.
