En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir la segunda parte de mi primer viaje en bici hacia el mirador de Rancho Grande⛰️🚲.

On this occasion I want to share the second part of my first bike trip to the viewpoint of Rancho Grande⛰️🚲.

Para este punto desde la alcabala del limón, ya habíamos recorrido 5 kilómetros de subida.

By this point from the alcabala del limón, we had already traveled 5 kilometers of ascent.

La verdad es que para ser nuestra primera vez subiendo tan lejos íbamos a buen ritmo, motivados para seguir.

The truth is that to be our first time climbing so far we were going at a good pace, motivated to continue.

(This was our view when we reached the viewpoint, 4 kilometers above Guamita)

Fue un buen recorrido, la vista era genial pero llegamos un poco tarde al mirador llegamos a eso de las 6:30 de la tarde y no pudimos quedarnos mucho tiempo.

It was a good tour, the view was great but we arrived a little late at the viewpoint we arrived at about 6:30 in the afternoon and we could not stay long.

Mientras apreciabamos la experiencia y nos preparabamos para el descenso por la montaña ⛰️🚲.

While we appreciated the experience and prepared for the descent down the mountain ⛰️🚲.

(This was another of our views from the viewpoint, it was cold that day, you can see the mist)

Este viaje me incentivo a seguir recorriendo esta vía maravillosa, la vía hacia Ocumare de la costa, cada vez que lograbamos subir a un punto más alto me sentía muy feliz y orgullosa de mi progreso.

This trip encouraged me to continue walking this wonderful route, the road to Ocumare of the coast, every time we managed to climb to a higher point I felt very happy and proud of my progress.

Una cosa interesante que sucedió en este viaje es que, cuando descendiamos por la montaña a mi compañero de viaje se le rompió un caucho y no teníamos la suficiente experiencia para repararlo, por lo que tuvimos que caminar mucho.

One interesting thing that happened on this trip is that when we were going down the mountain my fellow traveler broke a rubber and we didn't have enough experience to repair it, so we had to walk a lot.

Ya era muy tarde cuando estábamos llegando a penas a la estación de Guamita, pero una camioneta que paso nos rescató, nos ayudo con las bicicletas y pudimos llegar hasta la alcabala sanos y salvos.

It was very late when we were barely arriving at guamita station, but a van that passed rescued us, helped us with the bicycles and we were able to reach the alcabala safe and sound.

Desde ahí parte de mi miedo hacia la aventura se fue, con cada experiencia me hice más valiente. Me alegra mucho haber empezado este camino de las rutas en bici, es una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado.

From there part of my fear of adventure went, with each experience I became braver. I am very happy to have started this path of bike routes, it is one of the best decisions I have made.
