The Grinch Makeup / Maquillaje del Grinch [ENG / ESP]

Hola queridos amigos de Hive en esta ocasion les presento un tutorial de maquillaje inspirado en el personaje de El Grinch, pues ya estamos próximos a Navidad. Este es un maquillaje artístico algo elaborado y uno de los que más me ha costado realizar, le dediqué el tiempo necesario, y me encantó el resultado. Así que, tratare de explicarlo de la forma más sencilla posible:

Hello dear friends of Hive, this time I present you a makeup tutorial inspired by the character of The Grinch, as we are close to Christmas. This is a somewhat elaborate artistic makeup and one of the most difficult I've ever done, I spent the necessary time, and I loved the result. So I will try to explain it in the simplest way possible:

Para esto, utilizo solo paletas de sombras para los colores, entonces, con nuestra cara previamente limpia, aplicaremos un corrector en todo el rostro, y lo sellaremos con la sombra, en este caso, de yo utilice unas de color verde oliva, mediante una brocha bastante amplia.

For this, I use only palettes of shadows for the colors, then, with our face previously clean, we will apply a concealer all over the face and seal it with the shadow, in this case, I used olive green, with a fairly wide brush.

Tomaremos una brocha plana para dibujar con sombra color verde oscuro, las líneas de expresión del rostro, bastantes propias del Grinch. Estas salen desde la mitad de la nariz y se extienden hacia cada mejilla, tomando una forma curva en estas. Crearemos otras líneas de bajo de la frente entre los ojos, en medio de la frente, debajo de los ojos para enmarcar las ojeras, y unas arriba de las cejas para dar una sensación de enojo.

We will take a flat brush to draw with dark green shadow, the expression lines of the face, quite typical of the Grinch. These start from the middle of the nose and extend towards each cheek, taking a curved shape on them. We will create some lines under the forehead between the eyes, under the eyes to frame dark circles under the eyes, in the middle of the front, and some above the eyebrows to give a sense of anger.

Para dar luz, y sombra a estas líneas de expresión usaremos sombra color verde y lo colocaremos arriba de estas, luego color blanco por encima del anterior, y por último sombra color negro por debajo de estas. Las difuminaremos solo un poco para no perder el resultado de luces y sombras.

To give light and shadow to these expression lines we will use green shadow and place it on top of them, then white color on top of the previous one, and finally black shadow below them. We will blur them just a little so as not to lose the light result.

Después con un delineador líquido dibujaremos las cejas un poco más arriba de las nuestras. Empezarán en el medio, y luego las estenderemos hacia arriba, para crear un gesto de enfado.

La cejas, serán peludas, por lo tanto dibujaremos como pelitos hacia arriba, sin ningún orden en específico, solo para dar las ensación de que son muy pobladas y despeinadas. Y encima coloque algo de sombra negra para que se vieran más gruesas.

Then with a liquid eyeliner we will draw the eyebrows a little higher than ours. We will start in the middle, and then we will extend them upwards, to create an angry gesture.

The eyebrows will be hairy, so we will draw them as little hairs upwards, without any specific order, just to give the impression that they are very bushy and tousled. And on top I put some black shadow to make them look thicker.

Lo siguiente será que, en la punta de nuestra nariz dibujaremos la nariz del grinch, en forma de triángulo invertido pero redondeando las esquinas. Para esto, limpiamos la zona con un poco de agua micelar, y luego colocamos corrector, y sellamos con la sombra.

Luego, debajo de la nariz realizaremos una línea recta hacia la mitad del labio superior, diviendo la boca, y a cada lado haremos puntitos, y dejaremos el labio inferior descubierto. De esta manera:

Next, on the tip of our nose we will draw the grinch's nose, in the shape of an inverted triangle but rounding the corners. For this, we clean the area with a little micellar water, and then we apply concealer, and seal with the shadow.

Then, under the nose we will make a straight line towards the middle of the upper lip, dividing the mouth, and on each side we will make little dots, and let's leave the lower lip uncovered. In this way:

Por otro lado, para los ojos, en la esquina exterior de los párpados usaremos una sombra color verde oscuro, junto con una de color negro y lo extenderemos con una brocha pequeña y abierta hacia el hueso de la ceja y la cuenca del ojo. Y también la colocamos en el párpado inferior.

Seguido de esto, aplicaremos sombra color verde claro en el centro del párpado móvil y difuminamos. Si es de su gusto podemos colocar algo de brillo con una sombra metalizada encima, solo un poco en el centro.

On the other hand, for the eyes, on the outer corner of the eyelids we will use a dark green shadow, together with a black one and we will extend it with a small and open brush towards the eyebrow bone and the eye socket. We also place it on the lower eyelid.

After this, we will apply light green shadow in the center of the eyelid and blend it. If you like we can put some gloss with a metallic shadow on top, just a little bit in the center.

Realizaremos un delineado en el párpado superior e inferior usando delineador líquido. Y a partir de este, dibujaremos tres líneas en la esquina del delineado en cada ojo, que serán esas tres pestañas que tiene el Grinch. Aplicaremos pestañas postizas para complementar el look, ya que en Villa Quién, los quiénes suelen tener las pestañas muy largas. Así

We will draw an eyeliner on the upper and lower eyelid using liquid eyeliner. And from this, we will draw three lines in the corner of the eyeliner on each eye, which will be those three very long eyelashes that the Grinch has. And To finish, we will apply false eyelashes to complement the look, since in Villa Who, those who usually have very long eyelashes. Like this:

Y volviendo al labio inferior que dejamos sin maquillar, aplicaremos un poco de pintura de labios en barra color rosa.

And going back to the lower lip that we left without makeup, we will apply some pink lipstick.

Para terminar agregue un poco corrector y sombra verde claso en mis cejas para taparlas un poco más, y corregirlas. Este es el resultado final de todo el proceso anteriormente explicado:

To finish I added a bit of concealer and green shadow on the eyebrows to cover them a bit more and correct them. This is the final result of the whole process explained above:
