I made the upper bodice of an intended peplum blouse which was posted yesterday and today,i will like to continue with the process of making the flare.

A 360° flare was cut out in two places but the other was reduced by 3" to make it shorter and fashionable using the waist circumference and the length of the blouse from waist to full length.
