Having here is the complete meal of my beans soup I Prepared this morning.

This meal is just rice and beans but prepared in another way you can call it local way as it is popularly eaten among the northerners in Nigeria, trust me with a taste of this, you will always want to have more.

I prepare this food anytime I'm kind of tired of having rice and beans the usual way.

Today, I made a post of how I had my beans soup prepared, if you are interested, you can check my blog for the preparation process. After having my soup prepared, I went ahead to prepare my rice meal to go with it.

preparation process

I had a cup of rice (smaller and whitish grain) wash it and pour in a cooking pot on fire to boil. No need to parboil it as the starch will help it stick together.

Cook until very soft and sticky.

Use turning stick to turn it very well to stick together after you are done, dish it out in a plate and that's all.

Our food is ready!
