Today from my sewing empire as usual, I'm making my post on how I cut and sew a tie cuff with dip hem blouse with the use of soft chiffon fabric

For some days now, I have been unable to make my usual post due to the network problem in my area but I'm happy today to bring to you this lovely top I recently made.

Cutting and stitching process.

The first thing I did was to draft out the pattern for the top on brown paper because of the soft texture of the material I used.

You can wear this top on a lovely jeans trousers to bring the beauty of it.
