What else hasn't been said around here? Let me get into my critic mindset as I do with @mipiano's posts.

Let me start with a haiku:

In tune,
brimming with joy-
a cover song.

I have hard the joy to see you getting better at singing and even though I have not been around here for much time I already knew you were packing some talent. It is a good thing the choir has gotten involved in this progress as well. Having an environment like this is certainly a blessing to exploit talent. Now let's get technical. There's precision keeping up the legato between notes. There are no empty spaces inside phrases and this build a wholeness and cohesion of the piece. I don't even have to mention tuning because I know for a fact you are naturally in tune with everything you sing. This cover is no exception as basically every note was sung with articulation keeping the dynamics of piano and forte in check and playin with crescendo and decrescendo at will. The gold medal in this performance goes to the energy. I don't know if you have ever heard Luis Eduardo talking about how you need to give all when you perform and that this is the only way to sing well. Here we have a class in how to do that. I dare anyone who watched this video tell if they didn't feel especial while listening. Transference is a high-class skill for any artist and here it is show like a test scored with flying colors. I know this is not much of a objective critique, but who can get objective when you listen and see and feel. Wonderful, wonderful cover.

I missed a final note. It has to do with that high pitched long note. That required a good breathing control. The fact that it was in tune for almost all of its length is amazing.
