The Saucy Beef Caldereta

I've been fed up with fried foods so I decided to cook a saucy dish for lunch. Beef caldereta is something my family and my pets love. Yes, I let my doggos have some table food sometimes, I let them play with a real bone. Caldereta is so tasty, even if you were left with just the sauce and some carrots and potatoes, you'd be happy. The tomato sauce and the spices are so yummy and aromatic. Plus the orangey color is so inviting. Of course, it is best with rice. Our meal is already set just having rice and caldereta. I put a lot of potatoes and carrots and other greens on it to be healthy, anyway. This lunch is already special for us.
