Both good and bad things happen in our dreams. We are just someone who can't control any of these simulations which our subconscious creates. We may see different faces but all their personalities and the things they do in these dreams are controlled by our subconscious. So both the Hero and Villian are inside us.

There isn't a proper reason scientists have to say about why we dream. There's only some assumptions and theories which may be right or wrong. Spirituality gave them an image of something mystical, but science still trying to explain it with some theories relating to functions of the brain.

A lucid dream is a next step towards the normal dreaming, Lucid dreams are the dreams where we have awareness 'we are inside a dream'. In a common man's life, it rarely happens with pretty long intervals. Everyone experiences it even once in their lifetime.

Lucid dreaming is considered as some beautiful state where we can more focus on the dream world and enjoy the beauty of it, But over excitements easily gets us out of the situation.

Chris Nolan's film "Inception" is wholely based on this concept, but he takes the subject to the next level and shows mind-blowing scenes. It's just another masterpiece of him. There he shows a lot of great facts about reality and dream. In a dream a five minute in real life maybe about an hour, time varies.

After continuous dreaming, the hero starts to doubt his reality. In that way, the movie presents some really good thoughts on the difference between what's real and what's not. What if we can't say the difference? Does that matter if we're in a dream or reality?

There's a lot of studies are also going on about lucid dreaming, people are trying to practice and putting efforts to increase the frequency of the lucid dream experience. Some studies say that lucid dreams help to have a good deep sleep.

There's still a lot of techniques helpful in having a lucid dream, you can find a lot on the internet. The one that's very important is keeping a dream journal. Writing down your dreams is always good and it's a pretty good subject to research about.

Ultimately it's all about the dreams we see, having a world where the aftereffect of our mistakes only last as long as the dream is a great place to experiment with the thoughts. But there's still the possibility of being at a state of doubting our reality.

What if all this life's just a thing that happens inside a lucid world?

What if all this is just a dream and we are waiting for the wake-up call?

Share your thoughts on it.
