Poetry Book for the Chancellor |

The RRI Lhokseumawe Public Broadcasting Group led by the Station Head, RM Yusridarto M Kom, was in touch with the Malikussaleh University Chancellor, Dr. Herman Fithra Asean Eng, at the Lancang Garam Campus, Lhokseumawe, Monday February 1, 2021.

During the 1.5 hour visit, RM Yusridarto and the Rector of Universitas Malikussaleh discussed many things to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions.

"In general, RRI and Universitas Malikussaleh have the same task, which is to provide education to the public. Universitas Malikussaleh conducts education, RRI through information education," said Yusridarto in the Unimal Rector's office at the Lancang Garam Campus.

On that occasion, Yusridarto also introduced officials within the RRI Lhokseumawe environment, including the Head of News, Shalihah S Ag; Head of Broadcast Section, Erniwati SPd; Head of Public Service Institution, Nurmalawati S Sos, and Head of Sub Division of Administration, Dra Ainun Kamariah.

Universitas Malikussaleh Chancellor said that so far good cooperation has been built between the two institutions. Lecturers at the University of Malikussaleh have often been resource person at RRI Lhokseumawe. In addition, students of the Communication Science Study Program and Secretarial D-III often carry out internships at RRI Lhokseumawe.

On that occasion, Yusridarto invited the Rector of Universitas Malikussaleh to actively participate in various activities at RRI. "So far, the Rector has only heard his voice. Later, you can join the event directly in the studio which can also be watched at RRI NET, "said Yusridarto who also offered the Universitas Malikussaleh Chancellor to participate in a poetry reading event at RRI Lhokseumawe.

During the meeting, the Rector of Universitas Malikussaleh received a book of poetry written by the RRI Director, M Rohanudin, entitled Bicara yang Baik-Baik. "We hope the Chancellor can read this poem at the event in mid-February," said Yusridarto. []
