This beautiful photograph has a somewhat sad story, as it turns out that our paternal grandfather was always somewhat estranged from us because he was a foreigner, specifically from Italy and for this reason we did not have the opportunity to spend much time with him.

Con el pasar de los años y debido a una mala administración de su dinero tuvo que residenciarse en Venezuela y todos aquellos familiares y amigos que estaban con el en las buenas lo abandonaron quedando completamente desamparado, por tal motivo decidimos invitarlo a nuestra casa a celebrar el fin de año con nosotros y compartir con nuestros hijos una linda velada. Lamentablemente poco tiempo después falleció quedando sólo en recuerdos esos momentos compartidos que no fueron muchos, pero si muy gratos.

Over the years and due to mismanagement of his money he had to reside in Venezuela and all those family and friends who were with him in good times left him completely helpless, for this reason we decided to invite him to our house to celebrate the end of the year with us and share a beautiful evening with our children. Ésta hermosa foto en compañía de mis cuñadas fué tomada en una fiesta a la que asistimos en una casa de playa para celebrar su matrimonio. Todos tuvimos que asistir con atuendos de color blanco por decisión de los novios, primera vez que asistíamos a una fiesta de éste tipo, pero lo importante fué que la pasamos excelentemente bien.

This beautiful photo in the company of my sisters-in-law was taken at a party we attended at a beach house to celebrate their marriage. We all had to attend with white outfits by decision of the couple, the first time we attended a party of this type, but the important thing was that we had an excellent time.

Es maravilloso que exista éste increíble método de plasmar imágenes a lo largo de nuestras vidas para atesorarlas cómo algo muy valioso para nosotros ya que cada foto engloba una pequeña historia que podremos contarle a nuestros nietos en su momento.
