Los domingos son días con una atmósfera muy particular. Unas veces el sol radiante es vitamina que energiza y otras veces es un pesado sopor que apaga las fuerzas. Cuando siento que es uno de esos domingos que no ofrece mucho para el ánimo, entonces me conecto con la gratitud y agradezco por todo lo recibido, por todo lo vivido.

Es un día de pausa y de descanso que busco disfrutar en armonía. Me gusta comenzarlo con una reflexión y con pensamientos positivos.

Miro a mi alrededor y descubro que tengo más de lo que necesito y doy gracias. Tengo salud, una familia maravillosa, tengo un techo que me cobija y alimentos en mi mesa. Además tengo el amor de mis seres queridos y de mis amigos, todo esto es suficiente para sentirme complacida, satisfecha y agradecida con la vida.

Sundays are days with a very particular atmosphere. Sometimes the radiant sun is a vitamin that energizes and other times it is a heavy stupor that extinguishes the forces. When I feel that it is one of those Sundays that does not offer much for the mood, then I connect with gratitude and I thank for everything received, for everything lived.

It is a day of pause and rest that I seek to enjoy in harmony. I like to start it with a reflection and with positive thoughts.

I look around me and discover that I have more than I need and I give thanks. I have health, a wonderful family, a roof over my head and food on my table. I also have the love of my loved ones and my friends, all of which is enough to make me feel pleased, satisfied and grateful with life

Hoy, descubrí nuevas flores en mi jardín.

Cuando comienza el día, me tomo el primer café cerca de mis matas, agradeciendo por tanto verdor y por las flores que lo engalanan siempre. Y entre ellas, me di cuenta de que una de las macetas que me regaló mi querida amiga @dulce.crucita estaba hermosamente florecida y además perfumada.

Floreció mi jazmín, es la primera vez que brotan sus flores, un lindo ramillete de florecitas blancas ha sido un generoso regalo para este domingo.

Comparto estas lindas flores y me encantaría poder compartirles también el dulce aroma que brota de ellas.

Con esta alegría en el jardín, siento que en la medida que somos agradecidos, en esa misma medida somos felices y que no nos falta nada, todo es suficiente.

Today, I discovered new flowers in my garden.

When the day begins, I drink my first coffee near my bushes, thanking them for the greenery and the flowers that always adorn them. And among them, I realized that one of the pots that my dear friend @dulce.crucita gave me was beautifully flowered and also perfumed.

My jasmine has bloomed, it is the first time that its flowers have sprouted. A beautiful bouquet of little white flowers has been a generous gift for this Sunday.

I share these beautiful flowers and I would love to be able to share with you the sweet aroma that comes from them.

With this joy in the garden, I feel that to the extent that we are grateful, to the same extent we are happy and that we lack nothing, everything is enough.
