Fish Tikka and some Booze

It had been almost half a year since I had anything to drink so I thought it was high time I had some as today has been a little downer for me. So I went to a Local Bar that I frequented before Covid-19. There the staff told me that they have a new item on the menu and it was good. Guess what the item is??

It's Fish Tikka

I have to say it has been almost a decade since the last time I had fish tikka and I am not even exaggerating. The reason for that is quite simple, making a good Fish Tikka is not for everyone as it requires proper pinboning of the fish and much other stuff as well but the pin boning is the main part. In past, I have had Fish Tikkas with bones in it and I have to say it is not a pleasant experience to have. So yeah I asked the waiter if the food was good and since he assured me that it's going to be good I ordered it.

Thankfully it was more than delicious and as a bonus, I did not get any pin bones so yeah I was very very happy with the dish. My only complaint would be the lack of a proper salad with the Fish Tikkas as that would just have given a whole new dimension of flavors for me.

I have eaten a lot of tikka of various kind in my father-in-law's house! I think fish tikka was in them some days.

Chicken 🐔 or mutton tikka are quite commonly prepared though.
