Hoy les hablaré de la rutina que aplique en mi cutis, quise consentirme un poco después de culminar una semana que en lo particular fue difícil porque me tocó trabajar bastante y también atender a mis hijos. En la espera de la celebración del día de las madres quise tomarme el tiempo para hacerme una limpieza profunda en el rostro, ya que es importante cada cierto tiempo aplicarse una limpieza de este tipo para eliminar suciedad acumulada e impurezas causando por los restos de maquillaje, que solo aplicando jabón no se eliminan, para ello les traigo el paso a paso de los productos que estuve utilizando en mi rostro.
Today I will talk to you about the routine that I apply to my skin, I wanted to pamper myself a little after finishing a week that in particular was difficult because I had to work a lot and also take care of my children. While waiting for the celebration of Mother's Day I wanted to take the time to do a deep cleaning on my face, since it is important from time to time to apply a cleaning of this type to remove accumulated dirt and impurities caused by the remains of makeup, that only by applying soap they are not eliminated, for this I bring you the step by step of the products that I have been using on my face.
Los materiales utilizados fueron:
- Jabón de Avena.
- Agua micelar.
- Aplicadores.
- Mascarilla de colágeno para las ojeras y labios.
- Crema Nivea
The materials used were:
- Oat soap
- Micellar water
- Applicators
- Collagen mask for dark circles and lips.
- Nivea Cream
Empecé con un lavado rutinario de agua y jabón (de avena), que uno de sus beneficios, es exfoliar y humectar nuestro cutis.
I started with a routine wash of soap and water (oatmeal), which one of its benefits is to exfoliate and moisturize our skin.
Enjuague mi rostro con abundante agua para retirar el jabón, luego de esto, el siguiente paso fue retirar las impurezas con agua micelar.
Rinse my face with plenty of water to remove the soap, after this, the next step was to remove the impurities with micellar water.
Después coloque la mascarilla en mis ojos y labios para hidratar durante 20 minutos.
Then put the mask on my eyes and lips to hydrate for 20 minutes.
Por último, apliqué la crema Nivea para darle más suavidad a mi rostro.
Lastly, I applied the Nivea cream to soften my face.
