Como hacer una rutina de Pectorales en Casa (Esp) // How to do a Pectorals routine at home (Eng)
Empezáremos con press de banca con mancuernas, en este ejercicio trabajemos el pecho, tríceps, hombros y abdominales el primer paso para hacer este ejercicio agarrar las mancuernas con las palmas hacia arriba y tumbado de espaldas. Doblamos las rodillas con los pies bien apoyados en el suelo, vamos a extender los codos formando un angulo de 90 grados tiendo tríceps sobre el suelo sujetamos las mancuernas por encima del pecho. El segundo paso seria contraer los abdominales y levantar al mismo tiempo las mancuernas hacia arriba. Hacemos una pequeña pausa de 5 segundos y volvemos a la posición inicial se realizará de 6 a 10 repeticiones
El siguiente ejercicio haremos prees declinado en el piso subiremos la cadera y trabajaremos igual que un press en banca. la atención se centrará en las zonas mas bajas de los músculos de los pectorales. el pectoral inferior se moverá de forma mas eficaz en el angulo de inclinación de 20º y 40º con respecto al suelo Haz una pequeña pausa de 5 segundos y volvemos a la posición inicial 6 a 10 repeticiones
Para el tercer ejercicio vamos hacer apertura con mancuernas tomaremos el par de mancuernas tumbados de espaladas. extienda los brazos a los lados de manera que queden paralelos al piso y con las mancuernas al nivel del pecho, Haremos un movimiento controlado y eleve los brazos de manera que las palmas de las manos queden enfrentadas y las mancuernas directamente sobre el pecho. Haz una pequeña pausa de 5 segundos y volvemos a la posición inicial 6 a 10 repeticiones
Para el último ejercicio haremos pull-over que consiste en sujetar la mancuerna con ambas manos colocar sobre encima de nuestro pecho y las piernas flexionadas con los pies firmemente apoyados del suelo, ambas palmas deben estar presionando la parte inferior del lado de la mancuerna. Lo que haremos es bajar y subir cuidadosamente y volvemos a la posición inicial haremos una pequeña pausa de 5 segundos. 6 a 10 repeticiones
Este circuito esta conformado por estos 4 ejercicios, para hacer una rutina completa de pecho es recomendable repetir este circuito 4 veces

For the third exercise, we will make an opening with dumbbells, we will take the pair of dumbbells lying on our backs. Extend the arms to the sides so that they are parallel to the floor and with the dumbbells at chest level, we will make a controlled movement and raise the arms so that the palms of the hands are facing each other and the dumbbells are directly on the chest. Take a short break of 5 seconds and return to the starting position 6 to 10 repetitions
For the last exercise we will do pull-over which consists of holding the dumbbell with both hands placed on top of our chest and legs bent with the feet firmly resting on the ground, both palms should be pressing the bottom of the side of the dumbbell. What we will do is go down and up carefully and return to the initial position we will make a small pause of 5 seconds. 6 to 10 repetitions
This circuit is made up of these 4 exercises, to do a complete chest routine it is recommended to repeat this circuit 4 times
