I have no time "
We always use the term "ah, I don’t have time", which unfortunately is not true, there is always a vacant space, just organize and optimize our time so that it is used correctly, if you stop to think ... we have time enough for everything we want.
In a way, time seems to be scarce when we misuse our time. How many things we schedule a day but do nothing, we procrastinate all the time, perhaps because nothing we think to do is a priority, because when we have priorities we simply make it happen and no matter how long it takes to accomplish.
Perhaps it is time to change the routine, change habits, and do new things, always new ideas arise during our walk. Life never stops, it is in constant motion and if we stop we will be regressing backwards.
If we know how to use our time well and better, we will see that we will do so many things, and we will see progress happen in our life. Remember, when time is well spent we have time, and it is we who define how to use that time well or not. "Use your time wisely and you will see results".
