Winter Day stroll

What would be a winter without snow, it's like a never ending autumn sad and desolate. Not only for children and skiers, snowboarders, snow makes us all feel good and much better in these difficult times.

The snow in the forest creates a wonderful scenery.

In winter, when it is quiet and calm in the woods, is exactly the right time for a walk in which only our footsteps are in snow.

The production of cheese is a handicraft that needs not only a lot of experience, but also a lot of feeling and precision. Today, many things are still made in the same way as hundreds of years ago in Swiss history.

Here a "Kessi" pot,only as an exhibition where first the milk was added and slowly warmed under mixing, before the further Etapen until it becomes the fine cheese.
