Quien no arriesga, no gana.

Who does not risk does not win.

Cuando escuchamos la palabra “riesgos” nos alertamos, seguramente porque hay algún sacrificio tanto personal como financiero de por medio. No es fácil optar por una elección que puede costarnos mucho en el futuro, pero, ¿Y si esa decisión puede volvernos personas muy exitosas? Aquí todo cambia desde luego, porque hay una razón que cambia las reglas de juego y nos pone a pensar si es factible o no arriesgarnos para alcanzar la felicidad. Tememos al fracaso, a la posibilidad de la derrota y la destrucción, más allá de eso, el vivir encerrado a la incertidumbre solo nos mantiene en una burbuja paralizada en el tiempo, sin mucho que hacer y tampoco que ganar.

Si somos indecisos, muy poco conseguiremos en esta vida. En el mundo de las criptomonedas, por ejemplo, los grandes inversores toman riesgos casi todo el tiempo. O sea, estamos hablando de un mercado que un día puede estar en la cima, pero que el otro puede estar en caída libre. Sin embargo, gracias a que muchos han puesto su confianza en este ámbito de las blockchains, hoy los criptoactivos son reconocidos como una alternativa viable que cambiará la historia para siempre. Ellos decidieron invertir sus grandes capitales aun sabiendo que podían generar pérdidas, apostaron y ganaron, tal vez con un poco de miedo, aunque al final de cuentas ese “pavor al fracaso” siempre queda enterrado ante nuestra determinación.

When we hear the word "risks" we are alerted, surely because there is some personal and financial sacrifice involved. It is not easy to choose a choice that can cost us a lot in the future, but what if that decision can make us very successful people? We fear failure, the possibility of defeat and destruction, beyond that, living locked in uncertainty only keeps us in a bubble paralyzed in time, without much to do and not to gain.

If we are indecisive, we will achieve very little in this life. In the world of cryptocurrencies, for example, big investors take risks almost all the time. In other words, we are talking about a market that one day may be at the top, but the other may be in free fall. However, thanks to the fact that many have placed their trust in this field of blockchains, today crypto assets are recognized as a viable alternative that will change history forever. They decided to invest their large capital even knowing that they could generate losses, they bet and won, perhaps with a little fear, although in the end that "fear of failure" is always buried before our determination.

Nos aterra el hecho de que nos digan “cometiste un gran error”, o “¡no cometas ese error!” pero los errores siempre estarán bajo nuestros zapatos. ¿Cómo estamos seguros de que cualquiera iniciativa que tengamos tendrá buenos resultados? Tal vez la idea sea nueva y revolucionaria, aun así, estamos entre la delicada aguja que oscila entre el éxito y el fracaso. No somos adivinos, pero nuestra confianza nos ayuda a estar conscientes de que en esta vida se gana y se pierde. Pues sí, a veces fracasamos y ya luego nos dejamos ganar por el miedo, y quizás aparece ese pavor a “intentarlo nuevamente”. ¿Está bien que siempre perdamos? ¿Vale la pena luchar aunque la derrota termine dominándonos?

Siempre pensamos en “ganar o perder”, y no valoramos lo que realmente importa ¿sabes qué es? Te lo diré con mucho gusto: LA EXPERIENCIA. Cuando nos arriesgamos adquirimos experiencias nuevas, aprendizajes que de alguna manera u otra nos ayudarán a crecer personalmente. Es decir, supón que quieres emprender con un negocio de Tacos, pero te da miedo que nadie te los compre o que las ganancias sean insuficientes. A pesar de todos tus miedos, te arriesgas y sacas adelante la idea de los tacos de frijol. Al hacerlo, adquirirás una nueva visión de los negocios, llenándote de ideas frescas que se convertirán en estrategias comerciales. Obtienes una nueva visión, y aunque te vaya mal, no tardarás mucho en idear tácticas necesarias para sacar tu emprendimiento adelante. En pocas palabras, asimilas la situación negativa, convirtiéndola en una positiva.

We are terrified of being told "you made a big mistake", or "don't make that mistake!" but mistakes will always be under our shoes. How are we sure that any initiative we have will have good results? Perhaps the idea is new and revolutionary, even so, we are between the delicate needle that oscillates between success and failure. We are not fortune tellers, but our confidence helps us to be aware that in this life you win and you lose. Well, yes, sometimes we fail and then we let ourselves be won by fear, and perhaps that dread of "trying again" appears. Is it okay that we always lose? Is it worth fighting even if defeat ends up dominating us?

We always think of "win or lose", and we do not value what really matters, you know what it is? I will tell you with pleasure: THE EXPERIENCE. When we take risks we acquire new experiences, learnings that in some way or another will help us to grow personally. That is, suppose you want to start a taco business, but you are afraid that nobody will buy them or that the profits will be insufficient. Despite all your fears, you take a chance and go ahead with the bean tacos idea. By doing so, you will acquire a new vision of business, filling you with fresh ideas that will become business strategies. You get a new vision, and even if things go wrong, it won't take long for you to come up with the necessary tactics to move your business forward. In short, you assimilate the negative situation, turning it into a positive one.

Grandes emprendedores han logrado alcanzar el éxito arriesgando mucho, tanto su dinero como su tiempo y dedicación. Al principio tuvieron sus caídas, algunos desistieron y otros siguieron insistiendo en sus decisiones. La idea de la victoria no siempre se encuentra en “elegir bien”, sino en que esa decisión valga la pena. Al correr riesgos conocemos nuestras limitaciones, y además dejamos a un lado ese miedo que únicamente nos entierra en el subsuelo. A veces queremos que todo sea facilísimo, y cuando las cosas son de ésta manera nunca logramos mejorar como personas. Al desafiarnos nos imponemos retos, y al tener retos crece nuestra determinación. Al final seremos indestructibles.

Todos fracasamos alguna vez, pero eso no puede ser un impedimento para caer rendidos a la adversidad. Que tu entusiasmo no decaiga, más bien que se eleve y se multiplique. Al estar entusiasmados no habrá nada que nos quebrante. Solo debemos buscar alternativas nuevas, incursionar en otros campos y renovar nuestras ideas. No permitamos que el miedo nos atosigue, aceptemos que en esta vida se gana y se pierde, pero miremos el lado positivo hasta de los días grises. Aprendemos de nuestros errores y mejoramos, y poco a poco y tal vez sin darnos cuenta, escalamos a la cima. Aunque no lo creas, el mejor éxito es la satisfacción de haberlo intentado.
