Today, I will make baked sauce + vegetables and meatballs. I have already given many meatball recipes in the oven, grill and pan. The difference of meatballs in the oven I prepared today compared to others; I can say that I squeezed the meatballs between the zucchini and potatoes and I added only tomato sauce in the middle of the tray. Besides the tomato sauce and meatballs we prepared, I can say that the taste of the pumpkin and potatoes is very good.

Ingredients to be Used for Sauced Zucchini + Potato + Meatballs:

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 potato
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 onion, 1 egg, stale bread, spices and parsley
  • 2 tomatoes

Making Stages:

First, we start by making the meatballs of the meatball, choose a wide plate. Then cut the onions into small pieces. Add the onion, egg, stale bread, your favorite spices on the mince and mix the mortar with your hand. Then shape the meatballs like mine. Apply oil to the bottom of the tray. 3 zucchini + 1 potato and 1 meatball between them; Sort the dumplings, potatoes and zucchini on the sides of the tray. Finally, pour the tomato sauce over the whole tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
