Vengo muy motivada, les comento que estuve enferma un par de meses, se me diagnosticó Lupus como les comenté en antiguas publicaciones y estuve más de 5 meses de reposo absoluto pero esta semana mi médico tratante me autorizo a culminar mis pasantías y para mí fue una gran noticia, por ello les vengo a hablar un poco del lugar donde trabajo, que a mí parecer es maravilloso.

Trabajo en una de las beneficiadoras de pollos más grandes de toda Venezuela, está se llama Seravica C.A o para los que no conocen la referencia "Pollos la Caridad"
Esta empresa fue fundada hace muchos años en 1981, principalmente empezó como una empresa pequeña pero surgieron grandes demandas y está creció, produciendo hasta más de 90.000 pollos beneficiados diarios.

I work in one of the biggest chicken processing company in Venezuela, it is called Seravica C.A. or for those who don't know the reference "Pollos la Caridad".

Esta empresa cuenta con al rededor de 1.000 trabajadores y empleados, entre esos, afortunadamente yo. Se ha caracterizado por sus emprendedores y motivados integrantes incansables y por dicha disciplina para la calidad de sus productos, además de tener muy buenos beneficios para la motivación de los mismos, los cuales se muestran muy contentos al parecer de pertenecer a esta compañía.

Esta empresa tiene un enorme comedor, y me sorprende mucho lo en serio que se lo toman, aparte de tener un excelente y buen higiene, por el covid19 y otras patologías existentes, sirven de todo lo que te puedas imaginar, desde varios tipos de arroz y pastas, hasta carnes, pollos, sopas, ensaladas, postres, frutas y jugos, un menú completo y bien nutrido para el disfrute de todos los trabajadores, además los viernes por ser fin de la semana, sirven un plato especial, algo como "Pizza, hamburguesa, papas fritas o hasta parrillas" es genial, me alivia el tener que cocinar todos los días, muchas de las empresas del país no cuenta con este tipo de beneficio y los trabajadores tienen que llevar sus propios alimentos y es bastante tedioso.

This company has a huge canteen, and I am very surprised how seriously they take it, apart from having an excellent and good hygiene, for covid19 and other existing pathologies, they serve everything you can imagine, from various types of rice and pasta, to meats, chicken, soups, salads, desserts, fruits and juices, a complete and well nourished menu for the enjoyment of all workers, Also on Fridays, being the end of the week, they serve a special dish, something like "Pizza, hamburger, fries or even grills" is great, it relieves me of having to cook every day, many of the companies in the country do not have this type of benefit and workers have to bring their own food and it is quite tedious.

He trabajado con hombres y mujeres de diferentes edades, tamaños y colores, sin distinciones, increíble como todo el mundo hace su trabajo y hace que está empresa tan grande cumpla sus funciones de una manera muy fluida.

I have worked with men and women of different ages, sizes and colors, no distinctions, amazing how everyone does their job and makes this big company performs its functions in a very smooth way.

Además estoy muy agradecida porque con tantos meses de reposo, otra empresa me hubiese despedido y ellos no lo hicieron, entendieron mi situación y aquí estoy.

Olvidaba decirles que cuenta con un servicio médico, para la revisión de los trabajadores a la entrada y salida de vacaciones o en cualquier accidente o hasta en un caso leve de migraña, con sus debidos consultorios, médicos, enfermeros, expedientes y una ambulancia en caso de necesitar ayuda externa, así de preparados están.
Además tenemos transporte, es decir, nos pasan buscando a un punto cercano de nuestras casas hasta llegar a la empresa, estos transportes están por todo el Estado ya que los trabajadores están regados, desde Maracay a barrios y otras pequeñas ciudades (muy útil en la actualidad con lo díficil que está llegar al trabajo a tiempo).
