Hola amigos de esta gran comunidad, el día de hoy les traigo mi opinión de las posiciones jerarquicas a nivel administrativo, para los que no saben de que estoy hablando, hablo de los puestos de trabajo de una empresa u organización según tu nivel educativo o algo similar, por ejemplo del gerente va de primero en esta torre, se supone que este debe tener un alto grado de estudios, posgrados, y años de experiencia, y esto va bajando desde el hasta los supervisores, coordinadores, entre muchos puestos, hasta llegar al puesto mas bajo, como por ejemplo la persona que hace el mantenimiento o limpieza de las áreas.

Los grados académicos pueden variar según el pais en donde estes, sin embargo estan basados entre ciertos parámetros como por ejemplo, un egresado de derecho, luego hace un Post grado, después una especialización en el área que mas le guste, luego hace una maestría, luego un doctorado o un Magister.

Para mi todos estos años de estudio merecen respeto, altos puestos a nivel posicional y una buena remuneración económica es decir (un buen pago salarial), claro que llegar alli no fue fácil, sea la situación que sea, son años de tu vida invertidos en esto, y los años no se recuperan nunca.

Ahora, a mi opinión, mientras más conocimientos tienes, mas títulos o mas años de experiencia, debes ser mas educado, tener la ética profesional en la frente, ya no eres una persona ignorante, ya deberias tener los valores inculcados desde casa y haberlos desarrollado, tener un sentido de pertenencia por el lugar donde trabajas y respeto hacia tus superiores o inferiores a nivel laboral, para que tantos años de estudio si no pones en práctica todo lo que has aprendido y no hablo específicamente de sumar y restar o lo que sea que hayas estudioado todo este tiempo.

Now, in my opinion, the more knowledge you have, more degrees or more years of experience, you should be more educated, have professional ethics on your forehead, you are no longer an ignorant person, you should already have the values instilled from home and have developed them, have a sense of belonging to the place where you work and respect for your superiors or inferiors at the workplace, why so many years of study if you do not put into practice everything you have learned and I'm not talking specifically about adding and subtracting or whatever you have studied all this time.

Actualmente como les mencioné en una antigua publicación, soy pasante como asistente administrativo en una empresa renombrada, de la cual no me quejo, y me gusta mucho pero he notado la discriminación hacia mí, y hacia personas que tienen la misma posición en la torre jerárquica que yo, o mucho más inferiores por personas superiores, Las personas que están en la cima de la torre tratan muy mal a los que estamos abajo, como si ellos nunca pasaron por esta posición, no me digan que ellos nacieron siendo magisters, increíblemente no lo creo, y creo que esto debe cambiar parcialmente.

Como ya lo dije, las personas de arriba deberian tener mas valores, ademas ellos saben lo duro que fue llegar hasta donde estan, por eso pienso, que deberían brindar su apoyo y cortar el ciclo, si fueron maltratados por jefes, ahora que ellos son los jefes, por qué no romper eso, y tratar bien a sus inferiores y darles motivación laboral de llegar alto, no para tratar mal a los de abajo sino para ser un gran jefe como ese que lo motivo a él.

Realmente me sorprende los ambientes laborales, se supone que las empresas deben tener un buen ambiente laboral, pacífico, práctico y eficiente, sin relacionar temas personales u otras cosas, y es todo lo contrario, las personas son hipócritas, sin valores, orgullosas, molestas, suerte de aquellos o nosotros que logramos encontrar un buen clima organizacional, con personas eficientes y que van a trabajo solo a trabajar y no involucran otros temas, claro que en el trabajo salen buenas amistades y hasta parejas, es asi, pero realmente es preferible que esto no suceda, porque de alli vienen problemas, vienen indirectas, y otro tipo de problemas por ejemplo, "mi compañera de trabajo salia conmigo como mi amiga y me quito a mi pareja y no soporto verla en la oficina, quiero venganza" ese tipo de problemas hacen el clima pesado y tedioso, nada fluye, mi mayor consejo si no has entrado a una organización es que no relaciones tu vida personal con la laboral y así evitarás futuros problemas de este tipo. Es un buen consejo, tómalo.

También estoy totalmente descontenta con el trato que se les da a las personas de mantenimiento, es decir que barren, limpian, lavan baños, no en mi lugar de trabajo específicamente, sino en el mundo entero, realmente nunca he tocado con la suerte de ir a un lugar donde traten bien a estas personas y valoren su trabajo, ellos no tienen la culpa de no haber podio lograr un nivel academico, recuerden que todos tenemos oportunidades diferentes, hogares diferentes y situaciones económicas diferentes, al menos estan trabajando y no robando ni matando, no somos nadie para juzgar sus posibilidades o el porque ahora estan trabajando de esa manera, es tanto esto, que las personas de mantenimiento suelen tomar un carácter desagradable y estan a la defensiva porque ya estan cansados del mal trato.

I am also totally dissatisfied with the treatment given to maintenance people, that is to say that they sweep, clean, wash toilets, not in my workplace specifically, but in the whole world, I have never been lucky enough to go to a place where they treat these people well and value their work, they are not to blame for not having been able to achieve an academic level, remember that we all have different opportunities, different homes and different economic situations, at least they are working and not stealing or killing, we are no one to judge their possibilities or why they are now working that way, it is so much this, that maintenance people usually take a nasty character and are on the defensive because they are tired of the bad treatment.

Creo que nuestro trato hacia ellos deberia ser cordial y respetuoso, nuestro nivel de educación no nos hace ser más personas que otros, recuerden que la posición jerárquica solo es para laboral en orden por nuestro conocimiento, no para pisotear.
