Hola amigos, es un gusto saludarles.

As I mentioned in a post a month ago, about the work I did with my neighbors to green the Trinitarias mural (Bugambilia), today I want to share with you some photos of them and their different colors, I also want to tell you a little about their medicinal properties and how to take advantage of them.

Como les comenté en un post hace un mes, sobre el trabajo que realice junto a mis vecinos para reverdecer el mural de Trinitarias (Bugambilia), hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotos de ellas y sus distintos colores, también quiero comentarles un poco sobre sus propiedades medicinales y como aprovecharlas.

These flower bushes are very common in gardens, they are of different very striking colors, such as orange, purple, red, white, pink, among others, when I see them, their color fills me with immense joy.

Estos arbustos de flores son muy comunes en los jardines, son de diferentes colores muy llamativos, como el naranja, purpura, rojo, blanco, rosado entre otros, al verlos me llena de una alegría inmensa su colorido.

These flowers have antibiotic, antipyretic and antiseptic properties, which is very beneficial to combat dry or phlegmatic cough, oxygenate the lungs, prevent constipation and help eliminate infections on the skin. We can infuse the flowers, take them as tea or apply it to the skin, before doing this we should consult our doctor, since it can generate allergic reactions, I have taken them in tea and thank God I did not cause any allergic reaction

Estas flores tienen propiedades antibióticas, antipirética y antisépticas, lo cual es muy beneficioso para combatir la tos seca o con flema, oxigenar los pulmones, evitar el estreñimiento y ayuda a eliminar infecciones en la piel. Podemos realizar infusión con las flores, tomarlas como té o aplicarla en la piel, antes de realizar esto debemos consultar a nuestro médico, ya que puede generar reacciones alérgicas, las he tomado en té y gracias a Dios no me causo ninguna reacción alérgica.
