From street photography to nature photography, from landscape photography to portrait photography, I have actually tried a lot of different styles within photography since I bought my first camera more than two years ago, and the truth is that with each experience I have fun and enjoy having fallen in love with photography.

The first three pictures are from the squirrels we all know, however the last three pictures are of a different kind of squirrel, I think it is a ground squirrel, I have never seen them in the trees but on the ground in small caves, I really like to go to the park and sit and watch, stay still until the animals lose their fear and come closer, or get used to my presence and let me get close enough to take some pictures, and now that I remember I have some time without going to the park maybe it is time to go again.

I am very lucky to live in a small town where there are still natural areas to visit.

yeah, Hong Kong is just like a concrete forest where is making people suffocated, really want to move to the medium size city where can have both modern building meanwhile have more wild and natural areas for people

As a street photographer that I consider myself, I miss the big cities full of stories that no one cares about but everyone has, I move like a ghost in a big city and that's good for what I do, but despite of not being able to go unnoticed in the city where I am, I really like that I can go to a park, or the beach, or some lake and relax watching the nature.

I can never seem to capture squirrels in such clear sharp clarity. They are so good at moving quickly (and out of focus)

The secret is patience, you have to move slowly and without looking at them straight ahead, waiting for them to start eating something is a good idea, it's as if they enter a trance when doing so, plus we need a lens with a good focal length like the Canon 55-250mm that I use.

Another thing that also works very well is pre-focusing, so when you are at the right distance everything will come out in focus.
