Mucho debemos aprender de las flores, la inmensa mayoría de ellas se llenan de energía y vitalidad con la luz del Sol. Los girasoles, por ejemplo, nos enseñan que en los momentos difíciles debemos permanecer erguidos de cara a la luz. Si estamos frente a la luz no veremos ni nuestra propia sombra. Mientras permanezcamos en la luz avanzaremos mas seguros porque la claridad nos ayuda a ver mejor.

We must learn a lot from flowers, the vast majority of them are filled with energy and vitality with sunlight. Sunflowers, for example, teach us that in difficult moments we must remain upright facing the light. If we are in front of the light we will not see even our own shadow. As long as we remain in the light, we will advance more safely because clarity helps us to see better.
