When ignorance and social resentment are intrinsically united, hatred is manifested without restriction and contempt for greatness, for the sublime and beautiful, for order and discipline, for the highest virtues, principles, laws and values emerges. of a Nation. Without a doubt, and as stated by the Liberator, these people confuse revenge with justice. By the way, Simón Bolívar himself said: "We have been dominated more by ignorance than by force." For that reason, populist or totalitarian governments are interested in keeping people in the dark and in the dark. obscurantism, they are not interested in giving educational quality to people because they want them ignorant to dominate, subdue and enslave them. Edmund Burke British conservative philosopher and politician said: "The people never renounce their freedoms if it is not for the deception of an illusion." The unusual thing is that many people have realized that their situation with these governments populists or totalitarians is getting worse every day and their quality of life is declining; however: "THEY PREFER TO CONTINUE LIVING THE ILLUSION OF A SUGGESTION TO THE CRUDE REALITY OF HAVING TO ACCEPT THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DECEIVED" Here is the At the heart of the matter, the exacerbated pride or the lack of humility of many to recognize that they have been deceived by their ignorance. That is why I once again affirm that the Liberator was, has and will always be right: "Morality and lights are the poles of a Republic, morals and lights are our first needs" (Angostura Speech, February 15, 1819)
