Alphabet Hunt: 6 Photos starting with the letter V

Hello friends,
with this post I participate in @barbara-orenya's Alphabet Hunt initiative.

In each of the following photos, the name of the main subject starts with the letter V.

I really like this contest because taking part in it is also an opportunity to search in my photographic archive which is like taking a trip down memory lane.

The first photo has a subject unfortunately very ugly and source of current concern for all citizens of the world...

Virus (Artistic Representation)

The photo above was taken in the park under my house.
A few days after the lockdown I found an artistic representation of Corona Virus placed under a tree in the middle of the park.
The artist also left a message hanging on a tree:
"Contemporary art dies all the time...Take a picture, let's make viral art".

I took more photos and then I played with colors...

What does the symbol of victory have to do with a cheescake?

If you have prayed for several days to your sister to convince her to prepare her delicious cheesecake...it is certainly a victory! :)

Videogame

---

Video games have been a great passion of mine especially when I was a child.
In the following picture is the Nintendo 8-bit my first and only console.

I still keep it with care because it was not a gift but a conquest.
My parents didn't want to buy it because they heard on the news that video games were bad for my health...
Instead of buying the snack at school, every day I put the money aside and in the end my parents, considering my sacrifices, convinced themselves and added the part that was missing to the necessary amount and they satisfied me.

Vinyl

In the picture below is a vinyl record.
There was a time when you couldn't just press a mouse button or your mp3-player to listen to music.
You had to leave home, go to a music store, buy a vinyl record and go home, put it on the turntable with care...

Vintage

I really like vintage objects.
In my town there is a nice bar called Retrò Caffe.
Inside the bar there are many vintage objects and they are one more beautiful than the other.

"VolleyBalloon"

---

The picture below I published a few days ago in a post with which I participated in a contest and then I report the comment to the picture I wrote.

Don't tell me you don't know this very famous sport? :)

It is a variant of the most famous volleyball with the difference that the field is the living room, the net is formed by three chairs and instead of the classic ball there is a colored balloon.

This is the sport that I practiced the most during the lockdown.

Alphabet Hunt: 6 Foto che iniziano con la lettera V

Ciao amici,
con questo post partecipo all'iniziativa Alphabet Hunt di @barbara-orenya.

In ognuna delle foto seguenti, il nome del soggetto principale inizia con la lettera V.

Questo contest mi piace molto perchè partecipare è anche l'occasione per cercare nel mio archivio fotografico che equivale a fare un viaggio nei ricordi.

La prima foto ha un soggetto purtroppo molto brutto e di attuale preoccupazione...

Virus (Rappresentazione Artistica)

La foto in alto l'ho scattata nel parco sotto casa mia.
Pochi giorni dopo il lockdown ho trovato una rappresentazione artistica del Corona Virus posizionata sotto un albero al centro del parco.
L'artista ha lasciato anche un messaggio appeso su un albero:
"L'arte contemporanea muore di continuo...Scatta una foto, rendiamo l'arte virale".

Ho scattato più foto e poi ho giocato con i colori...

Cosa centra il simbolo della vittoria con una cheescake?

Se hai pregato per diversi giorni tua sorella per convincerla a preparare la sua buonissima cheesecake...è certamente una vittoria! :)

Videogame

---

I video game sono stati una mia grande passione in particolare quando ero un bambino.
Nella foto seguente c'è la Nintendo 8-bit la mia prima e unica console.
La conservo ancora con cura perchè non è stata un regalo ma una conquista.
I miei genitori non volevano comprarmela perchè dicevano che faceva male e poteva favorire l'epilessia.
Invece di comprare la merendina a scuola, ho messo da parte i soldi e alla fine i miei genitori, vedendo quanto ci tenevo, si sono convinti e hanno aggiunto la parte che mancava e mi hanno accontentato.

Vinyl - Vinile

Nella foto in basso c'è un disco in vinile.
Un tempo per ascoltare la musica non bastava premere un tasto del mouse o del proprio mp3-player.
Dovevi uscire di casa, andare in un negozio di musica, comprare un disco e tornare a casa, adagiarlo con cura sul giradischi...

Vintage

Mi piacciono davvero tanto gli oggetti vintage.
Nella mia città c'è un bel bar che si chiama Retrò Caffe.
All'interno del bar ci sono tanti oggetti vintage e sono uno più bello dell'altro.
