Hello foodies, how are you today. I just have to start cooking right now. I did not know how to cook due to how I was brought up. I grew up with my parents but they never tell me to go and prepare food. When I left my parents for school, I started eating in in restaurant and other food vendors.
In 2020, I was in a location where I gets everything I need in a twinkle of an eye. I never plan to learn how to prepare food. I was a big customer of different food vendors in my area. Infact, am a regular customer to the extent the know when am not around.
In the beginning of this year, I got employment and I was taken to a remote place where I did not have access to most of the things I had access to in the city. The day I enter the town, I knew it was a remote. Before 10 o'clock, the dwellers have been in there respective homes, the whole streets is empty, no where to go, no more selling food at that time. I spent the first week there, I ran back to City: I had no choice to come back because I have signed agreement before I took the job, and also I need the job badly to sustain living.
I spent another two weeks eating outside, the foods were not ok by me. I called my friend to teach me how to cook food because I can no longer continue with this kind of life in this town. I was eating crunches, gala, biscuits, and bread for two months.
I made my choice to start cooking even though is not palatable. The first time I cooked soup was the worst soup I ever taste in my life. I managed to eat the soup since I was the one that cooked it. If I did not eat it, it is my own lost. I called my friend to help me cook soup the next time, the soup was incredible, sweet, and palatable.

Today, I made wonderful noodles, egg and plantain. I got the plantain so earlier. I peeled off the back, as I was slicing it, one of my friends said, "that is not how to slice plantain". He corrected me immediately until I sliced all the plantains, and added little salt. I put oil on the fire and I allowed the it to hot before putting the plantain. When it was time to remove the plantain from pot, he told me to remove it; I removed it.

I Put noodles on the fire and allow it to boiled before putting the ingredients on it. After 3 minutes I put the spices and onion: Then, allowed it to for 5 minutes.

I put oil on pan again, then fried the two eggs for I minute.
The first thing I did was to break the eggs, poured it inside the blue rubber, add spices, Currie and onion and Stirred it together. Allowed the oil to hot and poured the egg.
