A dire il vero io ho sempre avuto questo problema con le telefonie mobili in Albania. Parlare al telefono costa troppo decisamente in questo paese. Dopo aver vissuto per oltre 10 anni in Italia, dove tu potevi fare abbonamenti, cambiare compagnie cellulari, e pagare molto meno per tutto il servizi mensile, oltre che alle offerte che ti facevano, mi sono sbarcato in Albania, dove ho affrontato questo problema. Una volta in questo paese dovevo scegliere un numero mobile oltre che una compagnia mobile dove fare il mio abbonamento. Un consiglio? Non scegliete i più grandi, anche se li vedete in pubblicità.

La più grade e la più prepotente. I prezzi alti e non con una abbonamento mensile da 30 o 31 giorno, ma 28 giorno. Direi abbastanza ladri da un punto di vista, prepotenti, e arroganti aggiungo.

L'Albania è un paese fuori Unioni Europea, anche se speriamo non resti per molto. Abbiamo le stesse radici, stesso sangue, e cultura europea, comunque è una cosa abbastanza complessa e merita un articolo. Insomma il problema è che siamo ancora fuori dalle norme internazionali, che collegano i paesi UE nella telefonia mobile.

Per questa ragione, Albania partecipa ma comunque non è ancora vincolata alle normale europee che difendano il cliente, o meglio il cittadino, il consumatore, per quanto riguarda i prezzi delle telefonie cellulari. Credo proprio che per questa ragione le telefonate, fuori dall'Albania con un numero mobile albanese, o semplicemente una chiamata internazionale rimane cosi costosa, paragonato al livello medio europeo.

L'Albania costa cara soprattutto per le telefonie mobili, internet, e costi vari fissi, affitti, e comprare case, come dicevo l'altra volta.

Non c'è ancora il sistema gas, cioè il scaldamento interno per tutti i mesi dell' inverno. E' stata la prima cosa che mi è mancato in Albania, il primo inverno avevo un freddo cane tutto il tempo. Mettevo vestito su vestito, ma per fortuna la casa aveva un buon isolamento quindi si scaldava abbastanza facilmente. Per il scaldamento si usa l'aria condizionata ma anche semplicemente fornelli.

L'acqua non è potabile solo a Tirana e credo anche a Durazzo. Nelle altri citta credo che si può bere, almeno a Scutari si, ed è molto buona poiché viene direttamente dalle montagne. A Tirana invece, l'acqua del rubinetto si può usare per lavare. Non ti ammazza di sicuro se lo bevi, ma meglio evitare, e comprarlo.

La luce non costa tanto, l'acqua neanche. La fatturazione per una famiglia media, può andare suo 20-25 dollari al mese per l'acqua, e 30 dollari per la luce. Se lo paghi più tardi costerà un po' di più, la multa sarà qualche centesimo. Le spesse fisse dello stato, in questa direzione sono buoni, e molto agevolati.

Il ristoranti e i bar li troverete d'ovunque, troppe addirittura. I bar, siamo onesti, paragonato al Italia sono molto più belli e più moderni. Gli albanesi sono molto esterofili e amano la modernità in tutti i sensi. Una cosa nuova viene subito adottata, ma dimenticano di cambiare anche la mentalità e su questo bisogna lavorarci molto.

La piza? Euuu buonissima! Come in Italia anche meglio. LOL. Molti albanesi sono tornati in Albania e hanno aperto un loro ristorante, facendo il cuoco in Italia la cosa è venuta facile per loro, perciò' hanno investito su questo fronte. Il costo della pizza in Albania è come in Italia, 4 o 5 dollari mediamente.

Il ristorante di pesce costano abbastanza poco, a dire il vero. Ovviamente, se non vuoi andare nei posti super chic dove un piatto ti può costare anche 100 dollari, e la qualità sarà uguale a un altro posto. Già provato anche questo, e non tornerò mai più. Insomma dovete solo scegliere cosa prendere e cosa lasciare. Se sei un turista non farti fregare, ti porteranno forse li dove spenderete un occhio, ma sapere prima come funziona il mondo è sempre meglio secondo me.

Deciso dove passare le vacanze quest'anno? Ah, un altra cosa. Il Covid. Le norme di igiene sono abbastanza buoni per quello che ho visto anche se devo essere sincero, ultimamente non ho frequentato molto i ristoranti, proprio per questa cosa.

I really believe that for this reason phone calls, outside Albania with an Albanian mobile number, or simply an international call, remain so expensive, compared to the average European level.

There is still no gas system, ie internal heating for all the months of the winter. It was the first thing I missed in Albania, the first winter I was freezing cold all the time. I used to wear dress upon dress, but luckily the house had good insulation so it warmed up quite easily. For heating, air conditioning is used but also simply stoves.

Water is not drinkable only in Tirana and I believe also in Durres. In the other cities I think you can drink, at least in Shkodra yes, and it is very good since it comes directly from the mountains. In Tirana, however, tap water can be used for washing. It won't kill you for sure if you drink it, but better avoid it, and buy it.

Light doesn't cost much, neither does water. The billing for an average family can go its $ 20-25 a month for water, and $ 30 for light. If you pay it later it will cost a little more, the fine will be a few cents. The fixed fees of the state, in this direction are good, and very subsidized.

You will find restaurants and bars everywhere, even too many. The bars, let's be honest, compared to Italy are much nicer and more modern. Albanians are very xenophiles and love modernity in every sense. A new thing is immediately adopted, but they forget to change their mentality too and we have to work hard on this.

The piza? Euuu very good! As in Italy even better. LOL. Many Albanians have returned to Albania and opened their own restaurant, cooking in Italy made it easy for them, so they invested in this front. The cost of pizza in Albania is like in Italy, 4 or 5 dollars on average.

The fish restaurant are quite inexpensive, to be honest. Of course, if you don't want to go to the super chic places where a dish can cost you as much as $ 100, and the quality will be the same as in another place. Already tried this too, and will never go back. In short, you just have to choose what to take and what to leave. If you are a tourist do not be fooled, they will perhaps take you there where you will spend an eye, but knowing first how the world works is always better in my opinion.
