Parliamo di qualità. Se siete in Albania vedrette una varietà di prodotti che provengono da diverse parti del mondo, soprattutto made in slovenia, anche se si tratta di un marchio italiano. In Albania come ho già detto non si produce molto, ma molto viene importato dall'estero, paesi come Turchia, Slovenia, Serbia. Parliamo di prodotti di igiene per esempio, ma anche alimentari. Poi la qualità e una altra cosa che la trovo importante parlare. Come si comportano i grandi marchi con paesi come Albania?

I grandi marchi italiani, che producono presso i paesi come la Slovenia, producono con due standard diversi, uno per Albania, e altri paesi diciamo fuori Unione Europea, o paesi Balcanici, e un altro e per paesi come la Francia, l'Italia, la Germania etc etc.

Quindi noi ci tocca comprare un X prodotto per lavare i vestiti in lavatrice, con un prezzo quasi uguale come in Italia, per lo stesso marchio come in Italia, ma con una qualità diversa, molto diversa, cioè peggiore. Sembra giusto dobbiamo pagare lo stesso prezzo per una qualità inferiore? A me no di sicuro.

Invece di produrre qui nel nostro paese, vendere anche nel nostro mercato, che poi e abbastanza piccolo, ci tocca importare dall' estero quasi tutto, anche da Bandladesh per quanto riguarda le spezie che poi in Albania sono bio, e molto, ma molto più buoni.

Un' altra cosa che io ho notato in Albania e che spesso i nostri importatori prendono i prodotti dall'estero che sono vicino alla data di scadenza e poi li vendono in Albania come made in Grecia, per esempio, ma ovviamente scaduti. Gli importatori gli comprano la con un prezzo bassissimo e li vendono qui con un prezzo molto alto. Prodotti scaduti. Salute!

La sede per la distribuzione, grandi marchi europee, cioè la distribuzione centrale, lo hanno messo quasi tutti a Belgrado (Serbia).

Il più grande avantaggio dell'Albania in questa fase è un'altra. Questo tipo di investimento sta andando molto bene. Cioè i prodotti Bio.

Ci sono anche tanti importatori italiani che sono venuti in Albania a coltivare le fragole per poi venderli in Italia. E' cosi, si. Ma non solo fragole, anche altri tipi di prodotti come ciliege, frutti di bosco, tutti bio, buonissimi. Albania sta avendo abbastanza successo su questa cosa, cioè gli investimenti sul bio vanno alla grande, soprattutto con la frutta di stagione. Forse l'anno scorso un po' ha avuto problemi per via della pandemia, ma quest anno direi che e cambiato molto.

Pero una cosa da non fare in Albania, se aprite un azienda e prendere un mutuo con le banche qui. Sono tremende. Un conto bancario lo dovete avere e va bene, ma di più se siete in italia conviene prendere un mutuo bancario là. Le commissioni poi sono molto alte, e il servizio molto scarso, sia del personale, sia come le regole imposte dalle banche che essendo fuori Unioni Europea vogliono sapere tutto su tutti. Quindi credetemi, non conviene affatto.

Se volete investire sulla produzione, oltre che produrre qui per i grandi marchi, che sarebbe una cosa ideale, investite sulla coltivazione dei prodotti bio, quelli stagionali. Vanno alla grande, e la qualità è ottima.

Alla fine, l'Albania ha una marea di opportunità' ma prima di vedere le opportunità bisogna capire bene la burocrazia.

So we have to buy an X product for washing clothes in the washing machine, with a price almost the same as in Italy, for the same brand as in Italy, but with a different, very different quality, that is, worse. Does it seem fair we have to pay the same price for lower quality? For sure not to me.

Instead of producing here in our country, also selling in our market, which is quite small, we have to import almost everything from abroad, even from Bandladesh as regards the spices which in Albania are organic, and much, much more. good.

Another thing that I have noticed in Albania is that often our importers take products from abroad that are close to the expiration date and then sell them in Albania as made in Greece, for example, but obviously expired. The importers buy them there with a very low price and sell them here with a very high price. Expired products. Health!

The headquarters for distribution, major European brands, ie central distribution, have almost all placed it in Belgrade (Serbia).

Albania's biggest advantage at this stage is another. This type of investment is doing very well. That is the Bio products.

There are also many Italian importers who came to Albania to grow strawberries and then sell them in Italy. That's it, yes. But not only strawberries, also other types of products such as cherries, berries, all organic, very good. Albania is having quite success on this thing, that is, investments in bio are great, especially with seasonal fruit. Maybe last year he had some problems with the pandemic, but this year I would say that a lot has changed.

But one thing not to do in Albania, if you open a company and take a mortgage with the banks here. They are awful. You must have a bank account and that's fine, but more if you are in Italy it is better to take a bank loan there. The commissions are also very high, and the service very poor, both of the staff and the rules imposed by the banks that being outside the European Union want to know everything about everyone. So believe me, it's not worth it at all.

If you want to invest in production, as well as produce here for the big brands, which would be ideal, invest in the cultivation of organic, seasonal products. They are doing great, and the quality is great.

In the end, Albania has a lot of opportunities' but before we see the opportunities we need to understand the bureaucracy well.
