Il Covid Sta Ammazzando La Ristorazione

Sono giorni che sentiamo voci, giorni che leggiamo sui quotidiani notizie di bozze di DPCM sempre più restrittive per la nostra libertà. Sempre più restrittive per la libertà di esercitare il nostro lavoro. Adesso il Presidente Conte ha firmato questo nuovo meraviglioso DPCM. Un DPCM di condanna verso il settore della ristorazione intero, ormai dai media identificato come il settore della Movida. Della malvagia e selvaggia Movida. Un settore responsabile, a quanto pare, dei focolai, dei nuovi picchi di contagi.

Un settore che rappresenta un pericolo per la collettività. E quindi giusto chiuderlo, Chiuderlo alle 18.00. Ma tanto ci permettono di restare aperti la domenica e i festivi, fino alle 18.00. GRAZIE.
Sono sette mesi, sette, che sappiamo che ad ottobre ci sarebbe stata la seconda ondata dell’epidemia. Lo sappiamo perché loro stessi ci hanno tartassato di notizie e conferenze stampa nel periodo del lockdown.

Ebbene abbiamo fatto dei sacrifici, abbiamo investito per riuscire a rispettare tutte le prescrizioni di legge. Ci siamo indebitati, abbiamo continuato a pagare gli affitti con fatica nonostante la chiusura.
Abbiamo riaperto, ce la stavamo facendo. Ci stavamo riuscendo.

Invece NO. Governo e opinione pubblica avevano bisogno di un capro espiatorio e lo hanno trovato nella Movida selvaggia della ristorazione. Una birra post lavoro per scaricare lo stress di una giornata lavorativa? No, movida selvaggia, focolaio COVID. Una cena o una pizza con la famiglia? No, movida selvaggia, focolaio COVID.

Purtroppo a caldo potremmo scrivere e dire tante cose, per poi pentirci in un secondo momento, e perdere la nostra educazione e la nostra eleganza e, perciò, meglio fermarsi qui.
Un’ultima cosa sento di doverla dire e ricordare a tutti.

La ristorazione intera, dai bar ai pub alle pizzerie ai ristoranti non dovete più etichettarla come MOVIDA. Noi facciamo Ospitalità o se preferite Hospitality. Noi siamo il settore dell’Hospitality.

Cerchiamo con le nostre forze, il nostro sudore e soprattutto la nostra passione, di coccolare il cliente, di regalargli momenti di relax, di divertimento, di sorrisi e, possibilmente, delle esperienze da ricordare.
Con noi state condannando i nostri ragazzi, le loro famiglie, il settore HORECA, l’agricoltura, i piccoli allevamenti, eccetera eccetera.
Siamo nati uomini liberi. Torneremo ad esserlo, ma ora, oggi, non lo siamo più.
