[ESP-ING] Flowers on the Road 🌼
How pleasant it is to be in this beautiful community sharing one of the many sublime ways of entering a plane without form, a wide world, as observers; this time of the flowers, those that are bridges and at the same time messengers of the physical and formless.
Qué grato es estar en esta hermosa comunidad compartiendo una de las tantas formas sublimes de adentrarnos en un plano sin forma, un mundo amplio, como observadores; esta vez de las flores, aquellas que son puente y al mismo tiempo mensajeras de lo físico e informe.
I share with you these photographs that I took on a very sunny day of a nature walk, it is about Plumeria rubra or widely known as wallflower.
Te comparto estas fotografías que tome en un día muy soleado de caminata por la naturaleza, se trata de Plumeria rubra o ampliamente conocida como alhelí.
The wallflower found in the East (especially India) a place of prominence. For both Buddhists and Mohammedans it is a symbol of immortality for its extraordinary power in the production of leaves and flowers. It is widely planted near temples and cemeteries. The graves are covered daily with an immensity of fresh flowers. Followers of Hinduism use the flowers to make votive offerings to their gods. They are also used to make floral carpets that give entrance to sacred places. Hence its popular name: Temple Tree '.
El alhelí encontró en Oriente (sobre todo la India) un lugar de preeminencia. Tanto para los budistas como para los mahometanos es símbolo de inmortalidad por su extraordinario poder en la producción de hojas y flores. Se planta con profusión en la cercanía de los templos y de los cementerios. Las tumbas se cubren a diario de una inmensidad de flores frescas. Los seguidores del hinduismo usan las flores para hacer ofrendas votivas a sus dioses. Igualmente se usan para realizar alfombras florales que dan entrada a lugares sagrados. De ahí su nombre popular: Árbol del templo'.
