Heavy Traffic

Yesterday I went to the public market to buy some meat, chicken, vegetable, and fruits while walking at the footbridge I saw heavy traffic even the virus still out there. I don't know if most of them have important things to do outside. The Antipolo City is now under the General Community Quarantine or GCQ it means most of the workers back to work and some of the public transportation back to operation.

I have also a photograph above that footbridge before when the Antipolo City was under the Enhanced Community Quarantine or ECQ that is so peacefully no more cars and no heavy traffic.
